My arms were crossed over my chest, seeming to have a stare down with the leader. His expression was serious and so he obviously wasn't joking. Konan, who was standing beside me, was glaring at him harshly with a hint of anger in her eyes. She had already snapped several times during the course of Pein explaining the mission, saying it was idiotic or stupid or pointless.

"So you want us to assassinate this medical ninja, hm?"

Pein nodded in response, moving back to take a seat at his desk. Konan growled threateningly from beside me but Pein paid no attention, simply getting a file and passing it in our direction. I pulled it open to look at the picture of the medical ninja, before starting to read over the information

He was a male, around 5'7. He traveled constantly and set up clinics for a while to heal people in different locations. But the locations he uses are meeting places where his clients could find out information about the Akatsuki. He was quite secretive, and perhaps he would have managed to keep it that way. But there is no greater spy than Zetsu. After all, with that underground traveling technique he knows everything.

"Yes. You've been sick for three months now, and perhaps we can also figure out what's wrong with you."

"May I just add: Deidara, Sasori and I still all think this is a bad idea."

"Konan, we've already had his conversation. The both of you had better get going."

I trudged after Konan as we exited Pein's office and moved towards the base entrance. There was a slight pain in my head as we moved, and my legs were already feeling tired. Konan made the signs to move the boulder before I created a clay bird for the two of us to ride on. She made the signs to close the entrance before the bird took to the skies.

"Deimara, are you alright? You look a bit shaky." Konan commented.

"My head hurts, hm."

The bird flapped it's wings, moving slightly higher into the sky. I sat at the front of the bird with Konan just behind me, the two of us navigating our way to the Land of Waves, where our target was currently taking refuge. The journey would likely take a day and a half if we kept a good pace, a single day if we moved even faster.

"You should be careful. You've barely used any chakra lately so your body isn't used to this."

"I know, Konan. But I just want to get this mission over with and go back to the base."

"Alright, let me help then."

Her body dispersed into paper before wrapping around the edges of my bird. A few moments later, it was almost as if my chakra was shoved back. Konan began to take control of the bird and it began to move faster than it had been before. I applied my chakra to my feet to prevent myself from falling off as we moved along.

Clouds passed by as they clay bird made it's way through the sky, soaring with the wind. The fluffy, floating cotton balls were in various shapes that could be interpreted in many different ways. We passed real birds as they flew, causing them to move away slightly in nervousness. But then my hands moved to my stomach as an extremely nautious feeling came over me.

Konan seemed to notice, as she immediately began to lower the bird to the ground before her paper formed into her once more. I moved towards a bush before kneeling behind it, emptying the contets of my stomach. My hair was soon held up, before Konan pulled me back up to my feet.

"Are you alright?" She questioned worriedly.

"Fine just a bit sick, hm." I mumbled.

Konan's eyes seemed to form a kind of knowing look as she gently placed her hand on my back. My head leaned onto her shoulder, trying to chase away the aching pain from inside it. A yawn escaped my lips as Konan held me up properly, whilst my body attempted to slump down to the ground.
