Marinette's POV

"Let's have a little fun, shall we?" Said the man with a devilish smile."yo Enzo, give her the old knuckle punch." Said another one of his men with a laugh. He nodded. The man that apprised to be Enzo punched me in the jaw once again. Punched me in the chest and I yelled in pain, gasping for air. Of course they had to pick the most abandon alleyway. How was anyone not seeing this?!

Enzo looked me up and down. Looking at my body in a very disturbing way. It made me cringe! "Well you got a pretty good body for a little lady. To bad your mind is screwed up." Said Enzo. "In pretty sure your the one that is screwed up." I replied. He let go of one of my wrists and held my neck chocking me. He put his other hand on my stomach, slowing creeping up to my chest.

I was choking, grasping for air. I tried to pry his fingers from around my neck but they wouldn't budge! "Do you know who we are girl. We are Akumas. Part of Hawkmoth's crew. We got some connection to pretty high people in some pretty high places. I'd be carful! Dots dotted my vision once more.

Adrien's POV

It was starting to get late. The sun had just about set and the sky was fading from a vibrant orange. Mari still haven't come back yet. She was probably babbling on about girly things. Those two did seem to get along. Nino came up to me. "Yo cap. You seen Marinette? She said she would be back by now." My brow creased, "No haven't seen her." Right when I was confused, more confusion came along. Chloe came dashing on to my ship along with Sabrina. "Adrien! Adrien!" I ran to Chloe. "What is it!?" I asked. "Oh it was awful! We got attached. He grabbed me and tried to take my purse! Daddy got me that purse! Where's  daddy? I need to have a talk with him about the crime on this island!" She said with a huff. "Well are you okay?" I asked. She nodded. "That Maritrash girl saved me." She said looking at her nails. "Marinette! You've seen Marinette! Where is she?!" I almost yelled. "Adrikins? Why are you worried about her? You should be worried about me." She said while giving a kissy face. I rolled my eyes, "well Marinette is my friend too." I stated. "Where did you last see her?" "She was over by the tavern near an alleyway." Said Chloe with a wave oh her hand. I nodded. "Nino! Plagg! Come with me!" We have a mermaid to find!

Marinette's POV
Enzo was getting worse and worse. I now had a bloody lip, a badly bruised gut, a black eye and a major head ache. "Enzo, give her the old Enzo charm! We will stand watch. With that his men left and guarded the entrance of the alleyway. "Now it's just you and me pretty lady." Said Enzo. And with that he started licking my neck. I was absolutely disgusted! His nasty mouth on my neck. Moving up and down. I tried to wiggle out of his grasp, but he help me still. My arm sleeves slid up. Right when I though this night couldn't get any worse. He caught sight of my marking! My ladybug type mark was clear as day. His eye when wide. He grabbed my one wrist with with two hands. "Well I'll be darned! Your a mermaid! Our captains been looking for something like you." I gave him a glare.

He looked back at the mark. "You can't be a miraculous mermaid. Can you?" I stayed silent. He slapped me. "Answer me!" He demanded. "I don't know. why don't you use that rotten brain of yours." I replied. I pissed him off right there. He punch me again for like the 100th time. And I was slammed against the wall once again. I slumped to the ground not having enough Strength to stand.

Someone help me.

Adrien where are you?

Adrien's POV

It was decently late. The moon up and the sun was long gone. Plagg, Nino and I all searched the port. Every little alleyway could find, we looked. Every shop that was open, we went it. But she was nowhere to be found!

Mari where are you?

Just hang in there a little longer!

"Yo Cap, let's check this way!" Nino yelled gesturing toward a little path. Small enough to be an alleyway. I lead the way, running till my heart was content. Then I saw it. I saw everything. The 5 men and...

Marinette.

She later beaten on the hard rock ground. She just payed there limp.

What the hell did they do to her!?!?

"You son of a bitch!" I yelled charging at the men with my sword in hand.

Marinette POV

All five men came back together. My vision my blurry and dark. My body screamed in pain and my head ached. I wasn't going to make it. That's when I heard the most amazing words.
You son of a bitch. It may not sound nice but it gave me hope.

Adrien made it.

Adrien POV

It was pissed. No I was beyond that! You can beat me all you want, kill me even. But you do NOT touch Marinette!

I charged with my sword in hand. Plagg and Nino followed my lead. We were skilled. We had built up a reputation for our selves. But the men where something else. And they sure and hell put up a fight. I took on the leader along with two other men. All looking angry and disgusted. Plagg and Nino held their own, but with a quick few jabs they defeated their opponents. They helped me out taking the two other men. This leader dude, was crazy good. Every attack he gave me I barley deflected. But I needed to win....for Marinette's sake!

He Swiped his sword. But it nicked me at the cheek. A cut formed on my right cheek. I screamed. It was more surprising then painful. Blood dripped down my cheek. Okay I had enough of this guy. I did a few signature of my sword moves and got him off balance. With one final blow he fell to the ground. He was Close to what seemed to be and unconscious Marinette. I was about to end off of this when I voice in the back of my head spoke up.

She wouldn't want me to. Not my mother and not Marinette.

"Don't ever come back here again! And don't you ever think about touching or seeing Marinette. And if you see me again you sure as hell better watch out!" Every word was dripping with hatred. The leader seemed to tell. Him and his men scurried away with out another word. Just shock and surprise on their faces.

I quickly ran to Marinette.

Marinette POV

I saw the whole thing. Nino won. Plagg won. Now it was just Adrien. He was putting up a fight. He screamed. Oh no! He got him self hurt because of me. Why me! I'm a miraculous mermaid I'm supposed to help people not cause them pain. But the worst and best part was that he was fighting for me. He was getting hurt, risking his life for me! But he was also fighting for me. On my behalf. It showed he cared. That he really cared. I was torn between emotions. I didn't know what to think.

Adrien's POV

I ran to Marinette. She was still conscious, but barley. "Marinette! Marinette. I'm here. We are going to get you out of here!" I whisper yelled. "Oh hey Adrien. Thanks for helping me out..." I coughed gasping for air. "...perfect Timing." She said in a deadly whisper.

And with that she blacked out.
