We were meant to be
Chapter 1
Katie's PoV

I stared at the window while we were driving to our new house. Again.

I'm sick of these moving things, just because of dad's work.

And that all happened when I left him behind.

I knew he was my soulmate. I really knew.

But the universe probably separated us.
Because we were too young to find each other.

"Katie, Are you alright?" Brennan said.

I nodded even though I wasn't.

He knows about my secrets, and he knows that I always think of Caleb.

He left me alone while I was still staring at the window.

I fixed my glasses. It kept on falling.

Missin' him was dark grey all along, Forgettin' him was black, trying to know somebody you've never met... But loving him was red (Red- Taylor Swift)

I sighed as we arrived at the house.
I know this was the house where I met Caleb.

But he's long gone now. I'll never see him again. Just because of a stupid moving thing.

I went to my room and unpacked. Ten minutes after, Brennan went inside my room.
"You were thinking about Caleb, right?" He guessed.
I nodded and Didn't say a thing.
This type of day wasn't for my mood.

"I'll leave you alone. Oh, School starts tomorrow, and here are your books... and Schedule. Bye-Bye!" He said as he placed my books down and my schedule on top of it.

And I remembered, I'm a College student.

Sigh.

I fixed my books and all those stuff for school tomorrow. Afterwards, I grabbed a Jacket and went outside for a walk.

memories. I thought.

I walked around and saw a park. I sat on a bench and then looked around. My eyes stopped on a boy, with brown hair, brown eyes...

Just like Him.

No, No. cut it out. You'll never see him again!

He looked at me. He kind of froze.
No, that isn't him.

I sighed, stood up, and walked.

"Wait!" I heard someone say. I looked around, but I knew that wasn't for me.

I continued to walk.

I went home, took a shower, and then dressed into night clothes. I soon fell asleep.

And then I encountered a dream. A dream I never thought would happen the next day.

Caleb's PoV

I laid down on my bed and thought about the girl I saw in the park.

She's pretty, I know, but I can't have her. At least at the moment.

My phone rang, and I looked at the caller I.D.

Liv.

I answered.

(C- caleb, L- Liv)
C: Hello?
L: Hi Bae!
C: Oh, hi.
L: Are you excited for school tomorrow? We'll see each other again! eek! I'm so excited to see you again!
C: But... We've saw each other earlier.
L: Are you cheating on me??
C: No.
L: Tell me the truth!
C: Hey Liv, I've got to go. I need to sleep. Bye.
L: What Liv? It should be Bab-
*Caleb hangs up*

I charged my phone, changed the Caller I.D. of Liv, and Slept.
