*Mitchelle's Winter bridal gown*

"Once again. Nice work Mitchelle. But then again. I know you can do better than this. This is below you." Mrs Davon said and i sighed. I knew it wasn't that good, but it was all i was able to do. The weekend had been disturbing.

"Yes, Mrs Davon. i'll do better next time." I promised.

"I'm sure you will." She said. "Well, this work deserves a B."
I sighed and took my mannequin to the back of the room.

"Next we have Paula King."
Paula smirked at me before taking her mannequin to the front of the class. I rolled my eyes and just decided to ignore her as i took my seat behind my sewing machine.

Just like me and everyone else had done. Paula dressed her mannequin in her design.

"I must say. This is an improvement Paula. But there are still..."

"For Pete's sake..." Paula said in an outburst. "There's always a 'But'. You hardly ever complain about Mitchelle's work and yet you critize the rest of us."
The rest of the class looked at Paula in disbelief. No one had ever thought to smart-mouth Mrs Davon and i could see in some that they were seeing some light in what Paula had said.

"Miss King that is completely unacceptable. Another outburst like that and you'll be out of my class. Have i made myself clear?" Mrs Davon said sternly.

"Yes Mrs Davon" Paula muttered.
And that was the end of it. But Paula had already turned some agaisnt me. I shrank into my seat.

I walked over to my locker and dumped all my stuffs in it. I was thinking about how i was going to get my mannequin home. I hadn't seen Shane today and didn't intend to. That means i wasn't planning on going home with him, which left me thinking about what to do with my mannequin. I wish i had another one so i could leave one in school and have one at home. But since i didn't for now. I was going to have to manage. Today hasn't been a great day.

I sighed as i scanned my locker for a sweater. The weather was chilly but favourable. Unlike other winters we've had.

"Hey Mitchie." Leo called and walked up to me. He had a bright smile on his face and his eyes danced merrily. He was holding a few books in his hands. I wish i could share his happiness.

"Leo, what's up?" I asked. I found the sweater i was looking for and took it out.

"Oh nothing much. Today has been wonderful. The classes i had were fun and exciting. I like my classmates and the course is quite enjoyable, though i have my work cut out for me." he gestured to the books in his hands. I smiled. He seemed really happy. I wish i could say the same for me.

"That's great. I'm glad that you're enjoying your classes." i said sincerely.

"Me too. I'm done for today. I just have to return these books. Wait for me, would you? I'll be back soon."

Before i could decide whether to wait. He leaned in and kissed me lightly on the lips, he dashed me a smile before walking away.

"Is it just me or did I just see that cutie kiss Mitchie?" Ayla said. She and the girls walked up to me.

"Nope Ay, It's not just you. I saw it too." Bells said. She stopped in front of my locker.

"Well... I think we deserve an explanation."Ellen said.
I sighed as i quickly filled them in on who Leo was and one thing led to another. I was soon talking about the party and Shane being with Jade and Sunday, The kiss i had with Leo and Shane. All in full detail.

"I think Shane's a jerk." Ellen said when i was done.

"Yeah. You should forget about him and go with this guy." Ayla adviced.
