It's been a week since I've been placed in this hospital. It was a long and tiring week of staying in bed and being fed by the nurses until I was able to do so myself.

Joe visited me everyday along side of other guys. I was feeling better as my scars started to heal and I now was well enough to do things on my own.

"Just a last check up and I can go" I turned to Joe still in my hospital bed. He was very excited for me to finally go home and so was I. The beds in Joes apartments are the best and I can be with him.

" I have some news" the doctor that was looking after me entered the room and cut right to the chase. I looked at him not knowing what to say. "Private news?" The doctor looked at Joe and said. "He can stay I don't mind" I said extending my hand to Joe indicating to take it.

Doctor nodded and continued. "When you were there you said that you've been throwing up a lot before you were abducted but it has stopped soon after." He went on, I shrug my eyebrows together in confusion towards where this was going. "We have an explanation for it" he took a deep breath before saying the following.

"You were pregnant before you got there, however due to the way you have been treated you have lost the baby"  My mind went absolutely blank and took me a while to figure out the fact that the baby was Joes and I's baby. Our baby.

"This could also mean that your reproducing system has been damaged and you have a low chance of having another infant."I took a loud gulp of my own spit as I could feel my eyes swell up.

Up to this day I've never even thought about a family and I am already getting a chance to having one being taken away from me.

I buried my head into Joes chest but he was as shocked as I was. His eyes were wide open and he was frozen. He wrapped his hand around me and placed the other one on my head. He lightly stroked my hair and whispered that it was going to be fine.

I was never one to talk when I was upset so the whole journey home was quit. I guess we were both in our own worlds but it was fine. Silence with Joe felt natural he didn't have to speak to me to show emotions I knew exactly what he was feeling.

We finally arrived home and I put on one of Joes hoodies and stayed in underwear as I was under Joes blanket. Joe soon joined me in bed with his laptop and some hot chocolate. I snuggled into him as we watched mmovies until I could no longer keep my eyes open and drifted to sleep.

Been busy with handing in assignment and etc in school but I got a week off so I promise to update more
