I realised that I was heavily bleeding from my hip as it was all scratched up from the contact with the concrete. I could hear a pattern in my head it is a loud thud followed by quieter ripples followed by another loud thud that eventually rippled out like waves.  It blocked the noise that was coming out of the person holding me  but eventually the thudding started to become hushed and I could hear the voice clearer and the words started to become decipherable so o started out to work out what the person was saying.

"I am not going to hurt you. I promise."
Slightly mumbled voice was speaking.
"The ambulance is on their way please don't move It could be serious" the voice was full of concern with a slight tinge of shock, the concern allowed me to relax and I collapsed straight into the strangers arms. It was almost as I have melted into them. My vision is still blurry but I can work out the colour of the persons eyes. The blue eyes that were similar to mine were focused on me it was almost as if I could recognise the person who's strong arms were holding up my body.

I could hear the sirens getting closer and it reminded me of the Doppler effect that I have learned in science class and how ambulances are an example for it. My vision became blurry again and my eyes shut the voice trailing off further away.

I opened my eyes as I felt a softer surface underneath me. The bright lights made it hard to look at my surroundings but I felt as if I was gasping for air my chest was tight almost as if my lungs were constricting I could inhale air but it was not making it to my lungs but just about making it, it was like breathing through a straw. I could see a man that was wearing all white except a blue hat and a mask that covered his mouth place a mask over my head and I could finally breathe. I started to regain my consciousness and I started to feel, feel pain. The nurse had placed a drip into my arm as I continued to finally make sense out of everything.

"Well you should be fine. You only have bruises that you should take care of and clean while they heal and take some painkillers. It's best if you stay here tonight"
I thank my doctor and give a weak but sincere smile. As he was about to step out of the hospital room he turned around almost as if he has remembered something placing a finger to his head " someone wants to see you if you don't mind?"
I nod my head signalling that it was fine even thought I had no idea who could it be as there was no one in my life that I had close to me. The doctor leaves the room and I decided to sit up slightly in my bed as a male figure appears in the doorway.
