*Sephora*

I woke the next morning feeling better than the night before. Thankfully sleeping and washing my face the night before had taken the puffiness out of my eyes. I lay for a moment, taking in the luxury of such a comfortable room when I realized what day it was.

Instantly, I threw the covers aside and hopped out of bed. The cold floor on my bare feet sent a chill up my spine and I instantly wrapped my arms around my chest. I rushed to Aris’ bed and gently shook her shoulders.

“Today’s the day!” I said to her. I felt a bit anxious, but at the same time ready. When Aris woke up and was alert, we silently made our way down the hall to the showers. We each took a quick shower, dressed, and speedily fixed their hair. When we were ready, we looked at each other and nodded. We were ready for this.

Tyzon told them to come to the aircraft hangar earlier than the others, supposedly to run through their plan once more before the rest of the members started to show up. As we made our way up in the elevator, I realized I was trembling. I lifted up one of my hands and examined the tremors.

“It’ll go just fine,” Aris said, apparently seeing my shaky hands, “I’m sure Tyzon’s plans will go smoothly.”

I looked up to her and tried to smile. “I know... I guess I’m jut a bit nervous. But I’m excited too.”

“Yeah. I know what you mean.”

The elevator stopped and the doors slid open on the seventeenth floor. The hall seemed eerily quiet, but that was only because Aris and I were early. With anxiousness, we walked through the large door into the hangar. We saw that Rexan and Tyzon were already there, standing next to what I guessed was the hover-car they would be taking. It seemed Lexy hadn’t come yet, or at least I didn’t see her.

Aris and I walked over and when Rexan saw us, his features brightened.

“Aris, Sephora. You’re here,” he said with a smile, “We’re just about ready to review one last time.”

“Where’s Lexy?” Aris said, “Shouldn’t we wait for her?”

“She’s already here.”

Aris looked puzzled, but then we saw him nod over to the corner. When she saw what he was directing her eyes to, Aris and I both smiled. Lexy was there, but she was over talking with Cecil.

“Lexy!” Rexan called, “We’re all here!”

“Okay!” she yelled back and waved. She said one last thing to Cecil before she hugged him and walked over.

I gave her the eyebrow, and so did Aris, but I decided now was not the time for teasing.

“Alright everyone,” Tyzon said finally deciding to speak, “Lets quickly go over the plan. Sephora, first you will take out the new security cameras on that same end you and Aris entered before.” I nodded. “Then Aris will check the security room and make it safe for us to descend. Once we get to the elevator, Rexan will hack the security code and we will head up to the top floor. From there on out we don’t know how things will go, but just be prepared for anything.”

“Sounds good,” Lexy said with a nod. Everyone else acknowledged this.

“For now, I brought us all some food; the others are eating in the cafeteria and should be here soon.” He handed us each a fixed plate of food and the five of us sat around the hover-car and enjoyed our meal. A few minutes later, Cecil came over and asked if he could join us to which Tyzon agreed.

“I know you will be successful,” Cecil said, “You are all top members.” He looked at everyone, but his eyes lingered on Lexy who smiled back at him.
