The next day, to some people's disapproval, Ashara informed of Dand and his alligence to their cause. Jon and even Robb informed her not to trust him but Ashara would hear non of it.

There was a small party that included Ashara, Jon, Dand, and Oscar that were headed to Storm's End to talk to Renly Baratheon about negotiations and a treaty. Ashara prayed that talks went well.

Horas had recovered so Ashara was able to ride him to Storm's End. The trek was bearable but Ashara was glad that Jon was with her, aswell as Dand and Oscar.

Horas trotted up beside Oscar's horse as Ashara spoke to him.

"I talked to Iris last night."

Oscar nodded.

"She said she was happy to see you," she continued without interruptions from Oscar.

"Iris said -," but before Ashara could finish Oscar interrupted her in a rather loud tone that she had never heard him speak in.

"Please stop," he shouted, "Iris means nothing to me anymore! She found another! It is not me anymore m'lady!"

He finished and kicked his horse and canter up to Dand, who was leading the group.

"I've never seen Oscar do that before, and being so rude," Jon said coming behind her on his horse.

"He is just very upset, he lost his love," Ashara sighed.

"Not as angry as I would be if I lost you," Jon smiled and Ashara chuckled.

"Well," Ashara spoke as she poked Jon's chest, "It would take a disaster to part us." The two chuckled together.

As their laughter died down Jon took up a more serious note.

"I promise you, I will do whatever it takes to end this war and bring peace."

Ashara deeply sighed and replied, "And I promise you, when the war is over we will spend our days in Ariies and visit Winterfell regularly."

"With our children," Jon spoke up.

"With our children," Ashara chuckled and kissed Jon's cheek.

The arrival in Storm's End was much anticipated with men from both sides hurrying about. But, most were gathered in the main area as a small tourney was taking place.

Ashara had met Renly Baratheon only a few times as a child, but knew he had a kind heart. Hopefully he would help their cause.

Ashara and her party were watching the combat. She stood with her weight on her right and arms crossed, tapping her left foot. There were important matters to attend to and here is Renly's army playing around.

After what felt like an eternity of waiting Renly finally spoke of their prescence.

"Ashara Arii, please step forward," Renly shouted standing up from his 'throne'. She stepped forward, mud clinging to her boots and hem of her grey wool dress. As Jon stood forward to walk with her she held her arm out stateing she was okay to do this on her own, then nodded and he stood back.

"Your hospitality is more gracious, my lord," she bows her head, "It has been years since our last encounter."

"Indeed it has my lady, and I may say you look more radiant with years," Renly smiled warmly. Margeret, his queen, quickly looked over his way shooting him a feirce glare.

"Now to buisness," Renly stated ajusting his seating position.

"Renly, I wish to talk about matters without your entire army around," Ashara spoke crosing her arms and looking around.

Renly stroked his scruff beard as the wind blew and Ashara heard murmers from the crowd. But, she held her stance, as strong as the mountains of the north.

"As you wish Lady Ashara," Renly finally spoke, standing from his chair.

He lead Ashara and her group to the main command tent. Inside the tent was full of lavis fabrics and furniture. In the centre of the tent was a large wood table with a map on it.

"Please take a seat, make yourselves comfortable," Renly stated before sitting himself. Ashara's men took seats, some by the table, others on plush couches.

But Ashara stood facing Renly staring at him as he poured himself some wine.

"Would anyone like some wine?" Then he looked up at Ashara's stern face.

"Ashara what it's the matter, would you like some wine," Renly asked as he started pouring another cup.

"Renly I need your help," Ashara spoke as she felt Jon, who was sitting behind her, touch her arm.

"With what sweetest child," Renly replied as he sat back in his chair.

Ashara took a breath then got right to the point.

"I need you to help us win the war."
