Chapter 14

TIM POV: I got everything all in my truck and ready to go. I did one more quick look around my room just to make sure. I'm sure if I forgot anything my mom will just ship it to me. I got in my truck and left. I arrived at Faith's house and knocked on the door. "Hey" "Hey you ready?" "yeah, I got all my stuff over here" "Okay, I will grab all this for you" "you don't have to I can help" "but I don't want you to carry anything heavy" "you're so sweet" "yeah yeah" "how about I take the light stuff?" "Okay fine" We than got everything in his truck. "okay ready to go?" "Yeah" "you okay?" "yeah just kinda sad to be leaving but happy you know?" "yeah I felt the same way but we are about to begin our new lives together, just the two of us" "umm you forgot one more" "Oh yeah right, the 3 of us soon" She smiled. We than were off to Nashville. Faith fell asleep on the way, I couldn't help but smile. I put the radio on. We've been driving for almost 3 hours now. I suddenly felt hungry. We have a little almost 3 hours left in this trip. I decided to stop. I pulled up to the Waffle House and Faith woke up. "Where are we?" "We are at Waffle House" "I see that, but how much longer till we get there?" "Nashville? about 3 more hours" "oh wow" "I just thought we'd stop to get something to eat, are you hungry?" "Yeah starving" "okay lets go eat" We got out and went inside. We found a booth and sat down. After we ate were back on the road. "I can't wait to see the apartment" "Me neither" "you haven't seen it yet?" "No, well just by pictures" "oh okay" "hey I'm sure it's fine. If not than I will find us another place to live" "okay" We arrived at the apartment. I went in and got the keys. "okay ready?" "Yes!, it looks nice" "yeah it does" We drove to where we needed. "oh wow" "Alright, lets go see it" We got out and went to our apartment. I opened the door was amazed. "This is nice Tim" "yeah it is" "Okay I'm going to get everything unloaded from the truck" "I will help you" "Faith.." "I'm fine, I won't lift any of the heavy stuff" "okay" We than emptied out the truck. "This place needs some furniture" "yeah it does, but at least we have some" "yeah" she said disappointed. "We will get what we need I promise" she smiled "okay" "Are you hungry?" "yes, but let me call Nancy first" "oh that's right go ahead" She than made her phone call. "okay so tomorrow I gotta go down to the office for my trial" "well I'm sure you will do great" "Thanks" "so where do you want to go?" "Lets drive around and find something. I just want to see around Nashville" "okay" We than did some site seeing and found a place to eat downtown. It was perfect.
