TIM POV: I was at home going over some things for my second album which is now done, when the phone rang. "Hello" "Hi is this Tim?" "yeah this is Tim, who's calling?" "Hi Tim this is Melissa" "oh Hi Melissa, do you have any news?" "Yes I do and I'm happy to say, the sellers accepted your offer" "They did?" "yes congratsulations" "Thank you" "okay well I will call you both with more info for closing and also inspection which will take place tomorrow" "Oh okay, thank you" I said and hung up at the same time Faith walked in. "who was that?" "Melissa" "And did we get the house?" I smiled "yes we got it" "Oh my gosh, really?" "yes" She than hugged me. Next day, Melissa called back saying the inspection went great and there were just minor issues which the seller agreed to take care of before closing. Faith and I have to go down to Melissa's office to sign stuff, but Faith doesn't really want to take JT. So we asked Missi to watch him and thankfully she agreed. The house is actually not far from where her and Byron live, so it's great. We arrived at Melissa's office to sign some stuff. "now are two okay with a quick closing? the sellers asked because they need to move right away" "oh yeah whenever is fine with us. Faith?" "Yeah I agree" "okay good. So how is 3 weeks?" "Perfect" "Okay than sign these papers here" "Alright" We signed everywhere we needed to "is that it?" "For now" "Oh great, so we get to sign more?" she laughed "yeah unfortunately" "no its fine" "Okay well see you both in 3 weeks" "okay thank you" We got home and Missi was holding JT. "hey Missi, thank you so much for watching him" Faith said "oh it's my pleasure, anytime I can spend this little man" "thanks, so was he good?" "Of course, and he just finished eating" "okay thanks" Faith than took him to put him down. Than she came back. "okay well, I'm going to get going, unless you all need me?" "no we're fine, thanks again" "anytime" she than left. "I can't believe we are home owners!" "yeah me neither. So who's going to do all the packing?" "That's easy, you" We both laughed.
