FAITH POV: My first day at work went great! I'm happy I'm not really having much morning sickness. I'm having it a little bit still it's not too bad. I am at the doctors now waiting to be called back. Once I was called back the nurse did what she had to. "Okay the doctor will be in shortly" "Thanks" Shortly after he came in. "Hi I'm Doctor Morrison, you must be Audrey?" "yes but I go by Faith" "Alright Faith, nice to meet you" "You too" "okay so what brings you here today?" "Well I just moved to Nashville a few days ago and before I left I took a home test that came back positive" "For pregnancy?" "Yes sorry, I'm just a little nervous" "oh its okay. So I want to get a little history on you, than I will do an exam. Afterwards I will have the nurse come in and do a blood test to confirm the pregnancy" "okay" After he got the history and the exam and all, he sent the nurse in to draw my blood. "okay all done" "so how long before the results come in?" "Well Doctor Morrison wants this done as a stat, so in the next couple of hours" "oh wow, that fast?" "yes it doesn't really take long, anyway you are free to go and he will call you once the results come in" "So I will get a call tonight?" "oh yeah, he's very good about that" "Thank you" I than left.Tim wasn't able to make it, he felt bad, but I told him it was alright. He had gotten a gig. I told him I would meet up with him after the appointment. Once I was done I got in my car and called Tim, "Hey baby" "Hey so I'm on my way now" "Okay see you soon, I love you" "Love you too" I said and hung up. I typed in the GPS on my phone to the address Tim gave me. When I arrived, I parked and went in. Tim was talking to some guy. I walked up. When he saw me, he stopped talking to the guy and went to me "Hey baby" he said and gave me a kiss and a hug. "so first how was the doctor appointment?" "Good,they did a blood test and I should be getting a call any moment now with the results" "oh cool, and how was your first day at work?" "Good I'm really liking it" "Well I'm glad. Hey I have an idea, want to come up and sing a song with me?" "No it's alright, you don't have to do that" "I want to, come on, it will be fun" "okay" "here let me introduce you to Deano" He than grabbed my hand and walked me up to this group of guys "hey Deano" "Tim.." "Hey I wanted you to meet my fiancé Faith, Faith this is Deano" "so nice to meet you" "you too, Tim Talks alot about you" "oh really?" they laughed "Alright well, why don't you come hang out in my dressing room?" "Okay" we than went back to his dressing room. I kept looking at my phone, waiting for it to ring. Than it finally did. Tim turned around and sat down next to me "Hello" "Hello is this Faith?" "yes" "Hi This is Doctor Morrison, I got your results and it did confirm you are pregnant. I want to see you in 2 weeks. I want to do an ultrasound, we can than determine how far along you are. I also need to send a prescription for some prenatal vitamins for you. Which pharmacy would you like me to call that into?" I than gave him the pharmacy "Thank you so much" I said and hung up "well?" Tim asked "we are definitely pregnant" The smile on his face said it all.
