Chapter 52

1 YEAR LATER:

FAITH POV: Gracie just turned one, JT is now 3 years old and I'm pregnant with baby number three. Tonight is the CMA Awards. Tim and I are both performing. I'm excited to get back on stage. Tim's been touring and i've had some shows here and there, but I really want my own tour and this summer my wish is coming true. I'm am only touring for a few months but thats okay.  Tim is also touring, so the kids will come with me. We have a nanny namesd Debbie who is awesome. She doesn't live with us, just is around to help us when needed. She's coming with me to help with the kids. Tim's mom Betty will go out with Tim on his tour here and there and she said she would come see my shows as well and can help with the kids if needed. So we have plenty of help.  Tim is up to something. His 4th album was released a few months ago and doing fantastic. His first single went to number one and stayed there for a few weeks. Now he's getting ready to release the second single off that album but won't tell me what it is. He said he's performing it tonight. I can't wait to hear it.  "baby you ready?" Tim asked "yes" He walked in the bedroom. "oh wow" "you like?" "oh yeah, and later I can't wait to take that off of you" "well cowboy, you may get your chance if your good" we laughed "okay well my mom is here" "oh okay" We went dowstairs and both kids were still awake and playing. "oh wow Faith, you look amazing" "Thanks, so I don't look...Fat" "you're not fat, just pregnant and your barely showing" "Thanks" "okay mom well if you need us, call" "Will do! But  we will be fine, go have fun" "thanks mom" We than left. We had a driver take us to the arena. We walked the red carpet and than went inside to our seats.  Before I knew it, it was time for me get out there. After my performance I went back to my seat "great job baby" Tim said and kissed me "Thanks" A little while later, Tim went to get up "Where are you going?" "To go get ready, Its almost time for me to go on" "oh okay, can't wait to see what song your singing" He smiled Than EJ sat next to me. Ej is one of our body guards and also a friend.  There was an award for female vocalist that I am up for. Than after that I think Tim goes on but I don't remember. "AND The winner of Female Vocalist of the year is... FAITH HILL" I was shocked and I went up to get my award "oh wow, I wasn't expecting this. Thank all you all so much. Thanks to my manager Gary and warner brothers you all are amazing. My husband, I love you! Thank you all" I said and went off stage. Shortly after went back to my seat. Than Tim was being announced. "Ladies and Gentleman, here to perform his brand new single.. TIM MCGRAW"  Than he walked out and this song started to play and he had this video behind him.  I started to get teary eyed when I saw pics of me and the kids. Than he started to sing the song.

By the end of the song, I had more tears in my eyes. Shortly after he came back to his seat. "That was amazing baby, so was that the song.." He smiled "yes it was" Before we knew it the show was over and we were on our way home. Tim also won for male vocalist. I thought he would get entertainer of the year but lost out to Garth Brooks. Next year though, I'm sure he will get it. He's worked so hard and is an amazing performer.
