TIM POV: The single My Best Friend, I wrote for Faith. It was released to radio the next day following the CMA Awards when I first performed the song. So far its doing really well and its been a few weeks. Faith has started her tour and I started mine. I take TJ with me on occasion to give Faith a break. We mainly keep the tour dates on the wekeends. There are some where they fall on a Thursday through Monday, for me mostly and Faith and some also. Most though are on like Friday and Saturday. But we make it work. I want us to do a tour together. A co headlining tour. Faith wants to also. We will definitely do it in the future, maybe once the kids are a little older. Tonight the kids are at my mom's, so Faith and I can have a date night. "hey baby you ready?" "yes, are you going to tell me where we are going?" "Nope!" "oh come on please" she said and put out her pouty lip. I just laughed "its not gonna work" she laughed We got in the car and left. I took Faith to one of the first restuarants we've been to when we moved here. Its a pizza place downtown Franklin. The food is amazing here! "oh wow Tim! We haven't been here in so long" "yeah I know, I thought it would be perfect for tonight" "Whats so special about tonight?" "You don't remember?" she than thought about it.. "Wait isn't this date today we moved to Nashville?" "Yes it is and I took you here for our first meal in Nashville" "wow I can't believe you remembered" "I remember alot of things" We laughed We go inside and I arrnaged for the exact same table booth we sat at. On the table I arranged for an arrangmement of flowers. "Oh Tim, they are beautiful and my favorite flowers, how did you?" "just as beautiful as you and I have my ways" We sat and than ordered a pizza and drinks. We just sat and talked. It's been awhile since we've been here and just a night to ourselves. It felt great. After dinner, we went for a little walk around this strip outlet mall. Faith did a little shopping and than we went home. We got in bed that night, "thanks for tonight" "oh anytime, we need to do more of this, Make time for just us" "I agree" "I love you so much" "I love you too" I than leaned and kissed her. We kept on kissing and before I knew it, things got heated and we made love. It was the perfect evening
