Chapter 35

FAITH POV: It's been a few weeks now since JT was born. He's a really good baby. Tim is a great father. He went back to work today for his new album he's working on. I started to work on my second album. I'm taking it slow being a new mom and all. I figured, if I start now, than by the time I want to get new music out there, it should be done or about done. I've been working from home sort of. With a newborn, I've been just listening to songs sent to me. I've also started writing as well. I want to go back in the studio soon, but I just don't want to till JT is just a little older to be able to come with me or when Tim is home to stay with him. Tim has been talking about buying a house. But I'm not sure now is a good time but than again will there ever be a good time. I contacted a realitor to show us some homes. Tim is supposed to be home by now so we can meet her. JT was asleep in his basinet. I can just watch him sleep.  Than finally Tim came home. "Hey where have you been?" "sorry I got caught up in recording this song, I've been having a hard time with. But finally got it!" "Thats great, but we need to go meet Melissa" "oh yeah right" "are you ready?"  "yeah, can you grab JT" "yeah" He than went to pick him up. He put him in his carrier car seat and we were off. "Tim will he be okay? I mean isn't he too young to be going out?" "He will be fine, and besides we are just looking at homes" "yeah true" We arrived at the first house. "oh wow" "yeah looks really nice"  "yeah but can we afford it?" "Well we are about to find out" Tim grabbed JT and we went up to the house "Hi Tim, Faith" "Hi Melissa" "come on in" "thanks" She than showed us around the house. I immediately fell in love with it. "so what did you all think?" I looked at Tim and he looked at me "can we have a minute?" "Sure" She than left the room. "Tim I know this is the first house we've seen, but I love it" "yeah me too" "so.." "I say lets see how much it is before we decide" "okay" We than called Melissa back in. She told us the price of the home. "what do you think?" "I say we go for it" "so does this mean you want to put an offer in?" "YES" Tim and I both said at the same time. Melissa laughed "Okay I will get the paperwork" She than went to get it. She went over everything with us. We than put our offer in and signed where needed "okay I will present this to the sellers and get back to you" "okay thank you" We were just about to leave when I thought of something, what if we don't get this house? should we look at more just in case? "Tim" "yeah" "Do you think we should continue to look just in case?" "We can if you want to or just wait and see what happens" "yeah I guess we can wait and see what happens" He smiled and then got JT in the car and we were off back home.  I really hope we get this house. Its on a quiet street in Franklin. Its beautiful with a lot of room and more room to grow as a family.
