Chapter 27: A Song

We've been on the road for half an hour now, I've been in the process of writing a new song . I only have the first two verses . Usually Sierra and I write the songs we sing together with each other, so we can bounce ideas off of each other but solo songs are just up to us .

"How's the song coming ?" Ally says . She's been checking on me to make sure I'm not talking to Ross . She even took my phone until I finishes enough of the song for her standards .

"I have two verses ." I announce . She nods .

"Do you want to here it now or later when I have more ?" I add .

"When you've have at least half of the song, chorus at minimum ." She tells me .

"Okay ." I mumble .

Sierra and I have never been close to Ally before. We are so different from here . Ally has short red hair, and dark green eyes . She has sort of a rock star style . She is quite pretty, even though she may not seem like it when you talk about her . Ally has a slight attitude, rude, blunt personality . In a way though, we connect to her .

Ally leaves me writing some more . "Your boyfriend is getting really annoying by the way ." She says walking completely away .

"Wait ! What are you talking about ?" I snort .

"He's been blowing up your phone since we left !" She shouts .

"Well at least tell him, you took it !" I scream back .

Ally renters the room and hands me my phone . 7 missed calls, 24 texts .

"Text him reL quick and tell him what's going on, then give me the phone back ." She commands.

I groan. I send I quick text to Ross explaining what was going on and that I love him and will see him soon . Then, all took my phone again .

I guess, people don't get it .

He's my forever . Forever and forever ." I finish writing the chorus .

"Ally !" I shout .

"Yes ?" She appears in the room.

"I finished ." I inform . I show her the music sheet which is a few pieces of notebook paper .

"Sing it ." She commands .
