Chapter 32: Commitment & Jealousy

Ally agreed to let Ross and I perform 'Runaway' as a duet . She actually thought it was a great idea on Marks part .

"Katie, if you and Ross are performing a duet, you need to rehearse tonight ." Ally informs .

"I know . It'll be in our rehearsal set ." I explain

She nods and goes about her business . I preceded into the living area to find Sierra .

"Hey, you okay ?" I ask unsure .

"Yeah, I'm fine . Just thinking ."

"About ?" I push .

"Rocky ." She mumbles .

I take a seat next to her, "What about him ?"

"I don't feel he's committed as I am . I get so excited to see him and he's just like 'hi'" She scoffs . "In a way he reminds me of Joey both he is so much better then Joey." She softens .

"Why don't you talk to him about it .?" I suggest .

"I don't want to seem like a clingy, obnoxious or ungrateful girlfriend ."

"I'll talk to him for you . Rocky and I are pretty close ." I volunteer .

"I guess ." She gives in .

"Just don't do something you'll regret before you know what's going on . Okay ? "

"Okay ." She agrees .

"I'll talk to him tonight ." I inform and she nods .

"Cheer up, we'll get this handled ." I perk trying to cheer her up . I know how much Sierra loves Rocky . They're so cute together .

---Getting Ready For Rehearsal ---

"Hey baby !" Ross greets me as I open the door to their dressing room .

"Ugh . Hey . Rock, can I talk to you for second ?"

"Why do you wanna talk to him ?" Ross' voice goes protective .

"Babe, calm down, stop being so defensive ." I snort .

"Whatever ." He snaps .

"Stop being so protective, it's your damn brother . Stop being so immature ." "Now Rocky can I please speak to you for a moment, it's about your girlfriend ." I add, and look at Ross for the last part .

"Babe I'm .." He starts .

"Save it . " I hiss , "Rocky ?" I nod .

"Coming ." He says glaring at Ross .

"Shit !" Ross groans before I leave the room with Rocky .

"Don't worry about Ross he gets a little jealous sometimes ." Rocky soothes .

"I know but it's his own brothers ! He shouldn't be jealous ." I argue .

"What was it you wanted to talk to me about .?" He changes the subject .

"Well, you see Sierra doesn't think your committed to the relationship as much as she is . " I inform .

"Why would she think that !?" Rocky exclaims .

"Cause you act like you don't want to see her or miss her when y'all are apart . " I explain .

"That's not true ! Why didn't she come to me about this ?"

"She didn't want to seem like an obnoxious, clingy, ungrateful girlfriend ."

"I love her ! I'm always excited to see her ."

"Maybe you should go tell her that ." I suggest .

"Okay . Thanks, Katie . " Hey says running off .

"Oh and I'll talk to Ross for you ." He turns around and walks back wards .

I nod, "Thanks ." And he takes back off towards Sierra and I's dressing room . I sink down to the floor and place my head in my hands . As I wait to see if my fiancé comes . I know he tried to apologize but he is in the wrong here .

\ROSS P.O.V/

"I'm such a dumbass ." I grumble . How could I be so jealous ? I know Katie wouldn't do anything with my brothers or anyone else for the matter except me . I trust her, I do . It's Rocky and the rust of my brothers I don't trust . If I remember correctly they did have feeling towards her before we were even together, and Riker tried to steal her from me . I know that was years ago but I can't help but be paranoid .

"Ross, stop saying that !" Rydel orders . She's been trying to comfort me since the whole incident happened .

"It's true . She probably thinks I don't trust her ! Or worse !" I start counting the possibilities in my head .

Rydel sighs.

"Ross I think you should go talk to Katie !" Rocky pants busting through the door .

"Why are you outta breath ?" Ratliff chuckles .

"I was running to find Sierra but since Katie helped me I need to help her first . Ross go find your girl ! She upset, and mad ! She thinks you don't trust her ." Rocky explains . I glare at Rydel who shrugs .

"Where is she ?"

"Down the hall . Turn left . Then at the end of the hall ." Rocky instructs .

"Thanks, Rock ." I attempt to smile but my worried expression takes over . I run out of the room and follow Rocky's directions .

I see her at the end of the hall and slow my pace . Please still love me .
