I see her at the end of the hall and slow my pace . Please still love me .
"Baby ?" I choke out . She looks up from her hands with teary eyes .
"Hi ."
"Can we talk ?" I mumble just loud enough for her to hear . Katie nods . I take a seat in front of her .
"Do you think I trust you ?" I start .
"Yes . But sometimes you act like I'm gonna do something ." She admits .
"I don't mean to , I mean I just get jealous . I don't wanna lose you ." I cry out .
"Ross . Listen to me . We are getting MARRIED ! No matter how long we wait to plan that wedding, it'll still happen . You are not gonna lose me . I'm absolutely in love with you, you are everything to me , your my whole world . I know I don't say it often but I do . I'm in love with you . You shouldn't worry about losing me, especially not to your brother ." She spills .
"I know . I just get paranoid . Before we even started dating ALL of my brothers had feelings for you . Then, Riker kissed you that day . I just don't want to lose you . I'm sorry I get so jealous . "
"It's okay . I get jealous to . I mean how many times have I've gotten into a fight over you . Huh ?" She jokes .
I smile, " A lot . And you look great while doing it ."
She laughs .
"For real though, I'm sorry I yelled at you and got so defensive, I won't do it again . "
"No . It's cute when you get jealous but when it's towards your own brothers, it gets kinda tiring ." She says, "But it's really hot when you get jealous as long as it's not because of your brothers ." She adds .
I laugh . "I love you . You know that don't you ?"
"Yeah I know . And you know I'm in love with you ." She assures . I nod and pull her into my lap . I hold her cheeks and I pull her lips in my direction . I give her a kiss full of passion that causes her to smile throughout it . Her smile is contagious so I end up smiling as well .
"So about that wedding ." I cock my eyebrows . She gives me a confused look .
"When do you wanna start planning that ?" I finish .
"Whenever ." She shrugs, smiling behind her words .
"I want to as soon as possible because the sooner we plan our wedding, the sooner I get to marry my everything ."
"Then, how about you spend the night on my bus and tomorrow we can plan, all day since we'll be on the road all day ?" She suggests .
"Perfect ." I say while poking out my lips for a kiss . She understands and grants my wish.
"We should get to rehearsal ." She sighs .
"Yep . And sing our duet that was written by the most amazing girl in the world ." I compliment .
"And who is that girl ?" She jokes .
"Her name is Katie and she is incredible ." I play along .
"I'd like to meet her sometime ."
"Oh, you two would be closer then you think ." I giggle . She chuckles .
"Let's go ." I shake my head in the direction of the stage .
We walk hand and hand, with her head on my shoulder to the rehearsal space .
"See you two are good ." Rocky comments .
"Yeah . We are . Thanks bro . "
"Yeah , thanks Rocky . " Katie gives him a brotherly hug .
This was the first time I didn't feel a pang of jealously . Ever since we talked a few moments ago, I feel more open . I now understand that my brothers are her brothers now . Or will be soon .
"Are you and Sierra good ?" I her Katie whisper . Rocky nods 'yes' . I forgot to ask about that . I will tonight .
"Let's rehearse guys ." Dad commands .
