Chapter 37: Stories

"Ross !" I croak . No answer . I've wandered around the whole back stage looking for him . They weren't in the dressing room or lighting area, no where .

"Ross, where are you ?"

I see Mark and Ryland turn down the hall .

"Where is he ?" I ask, "Please tell me ." I beg .

"He's in the guys restroom . You can go in there ." Ryland says .

"Watch me !"

I run to the boys restroom . I've never been in a guys restroom before but he's my fiancé I need to explain myself and make sure he's okay .

"Ross !" I exclaim as I enter the restroom . Silence

"You know this is the guys room right ?" Ross cracked voice suddenly says .

"I know . I needed to see you . To talk about stuff . "

"Rat, can you give us a minute ?" He whispers and Ratliff nods existing the restroom .

Once he's completely gone, Ross speaks. "What is their to talk about ? Are you here to explain you cheated in me or something ? Is it you're here to yell at me for fighting him and being jealous ? Or is it your saying goodbye ?" He snaps . His voice is cold, and harsh, and shocking .

"I- It. It's none !" I get out . My inability to talk is becoming a disadvantage . I didn't expect him to show up her, Kyle, of all people, it had to be him .

"Then what is it !?"

"I came to explain what he was talking about ! Can I at least do that !?" I cry .

He nods, softening his eyes .

"He's my ex . I didn't cheat on you with him, or him with you . I wouldn't cheat in you like that, with anyone , I've told you that . I only want you . I dated him in the 7th grade! He broke my heart . We dated twice . The first time didn't really count since it was only a day . But the second time was a full week . I thought we were gonna last longer but he had other plans. On our one week we went out to that skating rink . I got there late cause I went with Jordan . He was all over this girl, Courtney, who he always called Court, when I got there . He saw me, hugged me then went back to her . One of my other close friends heard them over talking about him breaking up with me . He did . We had a long drawn out breakup . Technically I was the one who ended it, or it was a mutual decision but in all fair ness he dumped me . I cried the WHOLE night . Nothing could help . The only reason I got over him was because of Gideon . " I explain .

That's the story . He broke my heart. Jordan had even said that I feel asleep crying that night . I was heart broken to an ultimate extreme . He was the first guy I told my parents about, or well my mom and sister, I was still to scared to tell my dad .

"I'm sorry he did that to you ." Ross' face is softer then ever .

"It's whatever ." I wipe a tear away .

"Please don't cry ." Ross begs .

"He was my first heartbreak . And I don't want to get hurt even more if you leave me ." I admit .

"I wouldn't leave you, we've been through that !"

"We've been through me cheating on you to . You wouldn't do that to me, I wouldn't do that to you ." I sigh .

"I know . And you know ."

We sit in silence for a few minutes .

"I know how you feel now ." I chuckle .

"What ?" He says confused .

"I know how you feel when I fight, that was hot ." I joke .

"Really now ." He crawls over to me .

"Mhm ." I mumble .

"Well what's hotter that, or this ." He leans in and presses his warm, soft lips on mine .

"Hm, I can't decide . Maybe you should do the second again ."

He kisses me again .

"It's a tie ." I decide . He chuckles and gives his famous smile . The one where he shows his teeth and his small dimples .

"It's been one drama filled day, huh ?" He sighs .

"Yeah, I'm sorry ."

"Me too .

"You still love me right ?" I whisper .

"I'll always love you ." He answers
