"No. " Ryland states coldly .
Confused looks are exchanged around the room . Everyone is racking their brains on who Ryland could be in love with, well everyone except Jordan, she just looks completely down.
"Well, then who are you in love with ?" Rydel questions.
There's a long pause before Ryland takes a deep breath and opens his mouth to speak .
"I'm ... I'm in .. I'm in love with ... I'm in love with Jordan ." Ryland stutters . Did he just say Jordan ? As in Jordan Nicole Harless ? As in my best friend ?
Jordan's head snaps up .
"Wait, you like my ex girlfriend !?" Riker growls .
"We never were official . We were suppose to be but no." Jordan buts in .
"But, but Jordan you can't do this to me ." Riker scratches the back of his neck, nervously .
"Do what ? Hurt you like you hurt me . Really ? Okay! " Jordan snarls, sarcastically .
" But you were just so sad about me !" Riker exclaims .
"You do realize its possible to like 2 people at once, right? You already chose someone else now its my turn. " She explains
"Wait, you like me too ?" Ryland smiles .
Jordan turns to him, "Of course I do . You've been so nice to me, when you didn't have to be . You've helped me more then anyone else has . " She smiles .
"But, but ." Riker stutters .
"You want me to be happy again, don't you? I'm being happy or you .!" Jordan acknowledges .
"Of course, I want you to be happy. "
"Then let me be !" Her voice calms, barely .
Riker nods, "Okay." He walks over to Justine, who sits there blank, and wraps her in a hug . You can hear him mumbling something in her ear but its not audible.
"So, Jordan, would you maybe want to, you know go out sometime ." Ryland scratches the back of his neck . All the Lynch boys have a habit of doing that when they're nervous .
"What about Meghan ?" Jordan questions .
"We broke up, the day we together, she said she was too busy or a relationship . I felt relived because I could finally be with who I wanted to be with .. you ." Ry gushes .
Jordan blushes . "Then, yes . I'd love to ." She answers .
I remove myself from Ross's grasp, and walk up to Ryland.
"Hurt my best friend, Ry, you will not want me as a sister anymore ." I threaten .
"Katie!!" Ross laughs and Jordan states in embarrassment .
"Trust me, I will never, ever hurt her ." He assures .
"Okay, I trust you Ry ." I sigh .
I return to Ross's open arms . The room stays silent or a awhile . We're all couples now, kind of . Justine and Riker or Jordan and Ryland aren't technically official, yet . If Riker and Justine become official, I may just ask Justine to fill in Raini's spot in the wedding .
"Well, I should get home ." Justine announces .
"You wanna hang out with us tomorrow ? We're going to Disney ." Riker invites .
Justine looks at us . "Sure, see you tomorrow, then. " She states and kisses Riker's temple . Justine leaves the house, to her car . We hear the car pull of and exchange small chitchat .
"I'm tired." I mumble to Ross.
"Wanna go home ?" Ross whispers .
"Can we just sleep here ." I beg .
"Sure, baby girl ." I feel my body being lifted up, bridal style . Soon I'm on Ross' old bed and sound asleep .
