I remember saying out loud when I began this finale "Let's break some hearts." Well, I broke mine in the process, if that tells you anything.
Here's the very end of "Doomsday!"

"Right," the Doctor flipped a lever and walked over to Rose. "We're currently burning up a supernova to say goodbye, so we'll only have so little time. Concentrate on your mother. Call her name, if you need to."
"OK," Rose nodded, taking a deep breath as Anna walked back into the console, wearing a cute outfit of a white button-down shirt, a burgundy skirt to her knees, grey knee-high stockings, black flats, and a dark blue cardigan, a thin, bronze metal headband in her hair. "For how long?"
"Make contact first," the Doctor nodded at her. "You can do this, Rose."
She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath. "Mum," she whispered, tears in her eyes. "Mum."
"Keep going," the Doctor urged.
"Mum. Mum."
A moment later, Jackie's fuzzy image appeared. "Good girl," the Doctor whispered supportively.
"Mum?" Rose asked quietly.
"It's me, sweetheart," Jackie answered. "You look like a ghost."
"Hold on," the Doctor turned around, aiming his sonic at the console.
Jackie's image solidified, and Rose put a hand over her mouth. "Can I?" she began.
"We're just images to each other," the Doctor shook his head. "No touch."
"Can't you come through properly?" Jackie asked.
"The whole thing would fracture," he shook his head. "Two universes would collapse."
"So?"
Anna poked her head in. "That would be bad."
Rose giggled through her tears, reaching back for the blonde girl's hand. "Thank God for you."
"Rose?" Jackie frowned. "Who's that?"
"Er . . . " Rose closed her eyes. "How do I put this . . . "
"Oh, right," Anna waved. "Hi, Jackie! It's Anna."
"What?!" Jackie's face blanched of all color.
"What happened to her?" Mickey demanded, coming into view.
"Er," Rose closed her eyes, desperately trying not to cry. "It's a long story."
"We blame the Void," the Doctor answered.
"The Void?" Jackie frowned.
"Some of us have better grips than others."
Rose blew out a breath when she realized the Doctor was lying about how Anna died so her family wouldn't be freaking out. God bless the Time Lords. "Where are you, Mum?" she asked.
"It's in Norway," Jackie answered.
"Norway," Rose frowned. "Right . . . "
"About fifty miles out of Burgen," Mickey added. "It's called Dårlig Ulv Stranden."
All three of them blinked. "Dalek?"
"Dårlig," Jackie corrected. "It's Norwegian for bad." She smiled. "This translates as Bad Wolf Bay."
Anna blinked. "How about that."
"How long have we got?" Rose asked the Doctor.
He checked the scanner. "About two minutes."
Rose choked out a laugh. "I can't think of what to say!"
"So you're still there, Mr. Mickey?" the Doctor asked.
"There's four of us now," Jackie nodded. "Me, Pete, Mickey . . . " She smiled. "And the baby."
Rose gasped in delight, and the Doctor grinned. "You're not!"
"Three months gone," Jackie confirmed, putting a hand on her stomach. "More Tylers on the way."
"Congratulations, Jackie," Anna grinned.
"Thanks, sweetheart," Jackie smiled.
"Jackie, Mickey," the Doctor told them. "You're dead, officially, back home. So many people died that day, and you've gone missing. You're on a list of the dead."
"So am I," Rose added. "I know you never liked it, Mum, but I'm staying with them."
"I know you are, sweetheart," Jackie smiled at her.
"Will we ever see you again?" Mickey asked.
"You can't," the Doctor shook his head.
"Oh, my God," Rose choked back a sob, starting to shake as everything finally sank in. She felt Anna take her arm and turned to hug the blonde girl tightly, Anna holding her as she cried.
"It's only been a few days for us," the Doctor explained softly. "After what she's done for us, Jackie, we'll look after Rose."
"I believe you," Jackie nodded, her gaze soft, then it hardened. "But Doctor, if anything happens to my girl, I will break through these worlds and give you the hardest slap ever."
The Doctor smirked. "I'll even let you do it."
"Look at me, sweetheart. Look at me." Rose sniffed and turned to look. Jackie had tears in her eyes, too, reaching out a hand. Pete shimmered into existence and took her hand. "Rose, I told you I won't always be there," Jackie told her. "You have to be brave now. You have always been brave. They'll look after you, but they need you, too. And you can do it, Rose. Stay strong for your mum, OK?"
"Yeah," Rose nodded, wiping the tears from her eyes and face as the Doctor put his arm around her shoulders. "Mum . . . I love you."
"I love you, too, sweetheart," Jackie smiled through her tears.
"Take care of her, Doctor," Pete said. "Both of them."
"Good luck!" Mickey called.
The three of them waved, and the image of the trio vanished. Rose burst into sobs, turning into the Doctor as he hugged her tightly, Anna sniffing and hugging Rose from behind. "We won't forget them," the Doctor whispered to Rose, kissing the top of her head. "We never will."
Rose sniffed and nodded. "I know."
The Doctor rubbed her back before moving around the TARDIS to set their next course, Anna linking her arm through Rose's. "I think we deserve a break," he decided, setting controls. "So, first stop - " He paused, looking up, and he blinked. "What?"
The two girls frowned and turned, only to stare when they saw a figure all in white behind them. The woman turned, and she squeaked. "Oh!"
"What?" the Doctor sputtered.
"Who are you?" the ginger woman demanded.
"Daddy, what happened?" Anna turned around.
"But - " the Doctor looked at the controls in shock.
"Where am I, eh?" the ginger demanded.
"Doctor, how's that possible?" Rose looked at him.
"What the hell is this place?" the ginger shouted.
The Doctor just shook his head, utterly stunned. "What?"
Anna giggled. "Here we go!"
