After our honeymoon, we started our trip back home. I could hardly sleep, I was so excited to see my angel. One week is too long, I dread the day she starts school. I just hope and pray that she doesn't turn out like my students. Honestly, I hope that she turns out like me, well, not the part about having a hard home life, a dramatic move to New York, and a boyfriend that impregnates her then dumps her before she can find out, I hope that she gets a good college education and a good education all together and I hope she find someone who makes her happy for the rest of her life and so on. I have high hopes for her. Sure, she may not achieve all of this, but she'd better try her best. Anyways, on the flight home I just stayed awake and proceeded to annoy Caden with constant questions.

"How tall are you?" I asked randomly.

He sighed. "5'11."

"Wow, you're pretty tall."

"Mhmm."

"Do you like being tall?"

(A/N: Shout out to all the tall boys and girls who also get bombarded with questions like this. *raises hand high*)

"Not really, the questions are annoying.."

"Sorry, babe."

"I don't mind them coming from you, hearing your angelic voice is like Heaven on Earth to me." He smiled before leaning over and kissing me.

I laughed and blushed.

The rest of the flight was constant flirting and occasional kisses.

The minute we stepped off the flight I pushed through the crowd to find Jay and Toby, of course I pulled Caden and our luggage along with me. I stopped in my tracks when I saw Jay dressed up in her beautiful, radiant sundress and smiled.

"Jay!" I called out.

Her face it up when she saw me and she began to toddle towards me.

'Oh, boy.. Please don't fall, please don't fall...' I thought as I watched little 1 year old Jay who was still toddling towards me. I walked closer to her so that she wouldn't have to run too far.

It almost seemed like slow motion as she fell on her bottom midway towards me..and then the tears started to flow like a waterfall. I quickly ran towards her and picked her up.

"Shh, oh baby, it's okay.." I said as I gently bounced her.

"Is she okay?" Caden asked as he walked up behind me.

"Yeah, she just fell." I answered as I continued to bounce her.

Toby came running up to us. "What happened? Did she fall?"

I looked at him with a small hint of anger. Yes, I was still angry about him kissing me. "She fell while she was coming to me. Why weren't you watching her?"

"I was watching her, she didn't want me to hold her so I put her down." Toby explained.

I sighed. "Did she get any injuries while we left her with you?"

"None at all. I can take care of my child, Elizabeth." He declared before crossing his across his chest.

"I know you do, but parents can make mistakes, you know. Like this one right here." I responded.

"Am I your guy's ride home then?"

"If you wouldn't mind."

"Actually, I can call my sister." Caden said as he put his arm around my waist and puffed his chest sightly.

I sighed heavily. "Stop this, it's childish. I'm with Caden, Toby. Caden, I'm not going back with Toby. Is it really this hard to get along with one another?"
