     ********************************ALEX'S POV*********************************

she was so beautiful on the hospital bed as the moon shone on her face i wanted to hold her until she woke up but the nurse said not to bother her and to let her rest so i did and suddenly as i watched her a loud beeping sound alarmed and the room flooded with nurses as i was pushed out of the room she was taken from me again and i panicked  and  sat there and tears fell down my face and i put my hand on my head and sobbed i was so worried about her she was gone for three hours before a nurse came to me i didn't even look up " sir her lungs colapsed from the stress  of the wound i'm so sorry, we're doing the best we can ." i still didn't look up and she walked away (one minute she was here and fine and then the next she was gone )" i can't let her go " i yelled and fell to the floor and stood back up and everything went black and the next thing i know  i'm in the hospital room with her sleeping in a seperate hospital bed next to her i sat up and looked her over she had a breathing tube in her mouth and a tube in her side keeping blood from filling her lungs i just stared at her  and smiled when i came closer to her and saw her face , her eyes were closed as if she was peacefully sleeping "you just keep getting better ok " i said to her as she layed there and the nurse walked in " don't you dare touch her " she said hatefully " the only reason you're not tied up is because you're an alpha , you passed out in the hallway from exoustion hmpf i can't believe she is going to wake and be ok with you, i can't stand alpha's like you, you think she'll wake up and you'll tell her you're sorry and it will never happen again . she was scared and you made it worse by almost punching her skull in you're so lucky she was brought here and she wasn't left where she was she would have died " she smartly remarked at me "at least i didn't hurt her or threaten her and i ordered her here so i'd shut my mouth if i were you " she smirked at my remark "get out  jerk " she said with a smile " if you don't i'll call the guards to take you away " she smiled again" oh behave yourself  i can't believe you would do that to her what if she wakes up and i'm not here to-" she cut me off in mid sentance " i don't care if she wakes up and you're not here because she'll  be fine so get out you're dangerous !" she yelled at me and dawn moved and grumbled i wanted to hold her hand to tell her everything was ok but instead i did as the nurse asked and i went to the waiting room .she was in the ICU because of me and because of asher i wanted to protect her i knew she was scared but did i stop no , i wanted to cradle her. the nurse is in there she'll be fine. i tried not to stress about dawn but it was hard i paced the hall for an hour before i was greeted by the doctor ."she's awake and well we propped her up so she can see better than she can laying down don't walk to fast or make fast movements ok " he said it so calm as if everything was ok "ok " and i walked into her room she was sitting up just as he said but she had her eyes closed . i grasped her hand in mine and she opened her eyes and stared at me with a scared glance "it's ok, i'm here  i-" i stopped talking when i noticed i was scaring her , i removed my hand and the scared look was gone .after that she just stared at me . she still wasn't breathing on her own and she finaly nodded at me and her hand grabbed mine ,her hand was so weak she could barely lift a finger ,  i started rubbing her hand as it was in mine and she started humming a tune and it sounded hoarse and  scratchy but i didn't mind she was ok now but still hanging in there.
