I watched Dawn during her first week of chemo . she was tired and week and if anyone didn't know any better she seemed helpless. I watched her sleep peacefully in our bed , she had lost her appetite and when she did eat she got horrendusly sick . she spent most of her time in bed indulged in the blankets .she rarely came out of the bedroom or even smiles,spoke or look at me . today was the surgery and it would lad a good six to eight hours to try and remove most of the cancer from her lungs .I pull Dawn out of bed and carress her in my arms and then bathing her before dressing her and taking her to the pack hospital . When we arrive the doctor asks a seeks of questions before putting Dawn to sleep .Dawn looked strong before the doctor said he was taking her for surgery .I kisses her forehead as she was taken away . she wasn't worried that people were going to cut her open and slice open her lungs ,so I was going to be as strong as my loving mate . my wolf was nervous about Dawn and I tried to settle his uneasiness but he wouldn't calm and tried to surface my wolf and I now fought for controll and I dominantly won . " you're not taking over and ruining her life, got it ?" I scolded my wolf and he whimpered . " good ." I said confidently .

~       TIME SKIP CAUSE WHY NOT?         ~

It had been eight hours of surgery and now Dawn was now back in the room and looked as if she was sleeping peacefully. The doctor had told me that she could lose her wolf and potentially die if we continued chemo but when she heals they will give her another surgery for her stomach. I sighed knowing that I may loose my mate due to her internal death and I had to except the fact. When Dawn woke she stared at the ceiling and blinked several times adjusting to the light of the room then looking at me with a concerned and light across her face .her face was pale and she had deep bags under her eyes stating that she had been through hell the past week . she stared at me gently easing her gaze smiling slightly at me .I grasp her hand and squeeze it gently sending tingles throughout her body and mine as well , I leaned over and kisses her forehead making her slight smile a much bigger one . I was proud of my mate for being so strong in a time that was hard on her , she really proved her strength in the darkness in time . time was cruel to her and she was fighting like he'll to live . I rub circles on her hand as I back away and sit back into the chair I was redting in and watch her silently. Dawn looked back at me with an aproving gaze as she rested comfortably in the hospital cot . when we returned home I took Dawn and rested her in bed . she slept peacefully for hours not waking , unless she was hungry or needed a bath .

~          TIME SKIP FOUR WEEKS LATER.          ~

Dawn had taken another surgery and has recovered from both and is now as strong as she'll ever be. She was now eating regularly and training to regain strength every day so I only saw her at night , but even then most nights I stayed up late in my office so I wouldn't get to see her as much.some times she would come and do paperwork with me and she would usually end up sleeping in my lap . for the most part I enjoyed my mates company but I always had to carry her to bed with me or is fall asleep with her and we'd wake with aching necks and backs.

Today was different we layed in bed and cuddles to each others warmth and we start to kiss one another passionately and lovingly and we ended stripping each other bare and compleating the mating process,afterwards we slept for the rest of the day and watched movies while we ate dinner .

 Sorry such a shorty but I'm pausing this book until schooI starts.
