Alex'spov **********

It seemed like I was in a dark room .left in a pitch black state I could hear dawns cries and pleas ,but they sounded so distant and far away . I couldn't feel her presence anymore .she was long gone from me .I wanted to call back to her and I wasn't able to . I looked around me and only saw nothingness in the far world in front of me . I closed my eyes only to fade away into a deep sleep.

I woke up in an unfamiliar bed the pain from my heat never subsided and my memory was quite blurry . I was in a messy haze and tried hard to remember but couldn't manage as I found myself lost finding a familiar scent filling my nose .' Alex' my wolf and I cried. Thinking that the door would be locked I snuck out the window and followed my mates scent of pine and vanilla extract. I snuck around by climbing a tree and moving branch to branch getting around several guards ,suddenly I realised where I was .my brother eren's pack , a pack of rogues and loners . I continued to find the scent of my mate and decided to continue to follow it. My mate wasn't far I came to a building that his scent resonated everywhere and climbed back down a nearby tree to a window . I gathered myself back together as a rush of pained excitement rushed over me. The guard that was on duty layed asleep in his chair so I left him in silence . I followed Alex's scent for a long time before finding him in a steel cell . I slipped through the bars being as small frames that I am and rushed to his side . Blood covered every inch of his tattered clothing while I stood over him wearing only a tank top and some panties . I caressed his cheek in my hand and kisses him gently on his pale lips . sitting next to what seemed to be my dead mate I begged him to open his eyes.when he did open his eyes he looked around confused as to seem that I wasn't there . " Alex?" I asked almost in a whisper ." Dawn ?"He questioned quietly with confusion ." Yes ,I'm here " I said hugging him tightly. He gasped and looked at me with surprise plastered on his face Along with such confusion he carried before . He pulled me in closer to his chest ." What are you wearing ?" He asked with an angry tone while his eyes turning black . I didn't answer knowing he would get angry if I told him I can't remember . I stayed in silence in his lap while his eyes continue to turn black ." Alex , I - I'm sorry ican't remember why I'm wearing these ." I said shyly ." You can't remember?" He replied softly." Yes, I can't remember . I'm sorry Alex." I said quietly." Do you at least know where we are?" Alex questioned ." yes that I do know that , we are in my brothers pack teritory . If we get out of here was a have to climb in the trees then run back to your pack territory and then I have to sacrifice myself to my brother ." I knew that Alex wouldn't like the plan but it was the only way that eren would forget killing my mate who should be long dead by now and isn't ." what ? No !" Alex yelled ." I won't live without you I can't live without you! " He boomed waking the rogue guard ." Hey what are you doing in there , how did you get in there. And why are you here you're supposed to be in bed miss." the guard stupidly and simple mindedly stated before opening the locked cell to retrieve me and ended up getting knocked out by Alex.Alex picked me up and carried me on his back through the trees towards our pack house ." I'm not letting you go , you won't be going with your brother . I won't let you." Alex stated while we continue to head home.When we reached the pack border it reaked of death .Alex let me drop off of his shoulders and I soaked in the sight of more than half of a 2,0220 member pack dead in front of me .The corpses were already decaying .I saw the boy who rescued me from Sam crying over his parents dead body's their hands locked with his ,for all I know it had been at least a week since my brother came to take me from my mate .years streamed down my face while I stared at the boy . Alex picked him up and removed him from his parents ." No No , they are all I had left !" The boy cried ,i caressed him in my arms in a tight hug while he cried." I know that I can not replace your parents but , I will still be here ." I said calmly to him .
