(they held their hands while rocking softly against the forlorn swings)

"let's act like this is the first time that we've met"

"why?"

"let's just try."

"okay then"

"uh hum (noa cleared his throat dramatically) good day fair maiden. i'm noa"

"(alice giggled) like the one with the ark?"

"yes, the one with the animals."

"the one who forgot to bring all the poor dinosaurs on board?"

"ummm, that was a mistake. but we still have unicorns."

"where?"

"somewhere… they're just shy."

"like over the rainbow?"

"sitting on the rainbow. swimming in it, you get the idea."

"maybe, maybe."

"and you are?"

"i'm alice."

"from wonderland?"

"the one and only."

"must be hard on you, getting lost and all."

"you mustn't judge me, noa. yes, i have talked to plants and animals, but i swear there was something wrong with the tea"

"you've got to it from a stranger, what did you expect?"

"and i was getting an advise from a cat…  but i swear it was only because of the tea."

"whatever you say. but whenever you're lost, you can just ride on my ark and i can take you home"

"and i can show you wonderland. i'll get the tea."

(and they laughed and giggled at their own childish games with their hands entwined)
