When you woke up, you were back in your dorm at Hogwarts. You sat up quickly, remembering the events of the day before.
"Harry." You whispered, then quickly got up and ran down the stairs, not caring how you looked. You burst out of the Ravenclaw common room and sprinted towards the Gryffindor Common room.
"Password?" The fat lady asked. You groaned.
"I don't know it. I just need to see Harry." You plead. She doesn't answer, so you start knocking on the portrait, despite her protests.
"Harry? Hermione? Someone! It's me!" You pleaded frantically. Finally the door opened to reveal Lee Jordan, whom you had never spoken too.
"Oh, um... Hi?" You say quietly. He looks angry.
"Are you aware of how early it is?" He snaps. You jump.
"I'm sorry. I need to see Harry." You say. He sighs.
"I'll go get him." He mutters. You nod and wait awkwardly outside the door.
"(Y/n)?" You hear Harry's voice.
"Oh thank Merlin. Are you okay? Is everyone okay? I passed out, I have no idea what happened!" You panic. Harry sighs sadly, and leads you into the empty Gryffindor common room, and onto the couch.
"Well... Cornelius Fudge retired, and Voldemort has taken over. Things aren't okay." He laughs bitterly.
"And you?" You ask, placing a hand on his arm.
"Well Sirius is gone. How do you think I am?" He snaps. You jump.
"I'm sorry, really. I know you were really happy to have some family, and it wasn't fair that he was taken away from you so quickly." You say. He nods.
"Are you okay?" He asks finally.
"I'm fine, why do you ask?" You question.
"Neville told me about your dad almost killing you. I'm so sorry I wasn't there to help." He says, placing and arm around your shoulders.
"He's not my dad anymore. I hate him." You spat angrily. Harry nods.
"I understand. Well anyway, we leave today. I won't see you until the end of the summer." He says sadly.
"You're not going to the Weasley's?" You ask sadly. He shakes his head.
"I'll probably come a few weeks before school starts. But I'll miss you." He smiles. You blush and smile back.
"I'll miss you too." You say quietly. Harry doesn't speak for a moment.
"So how did I do? With not letting my anger control me?" He asks. You smirk.
"I don't know..." You tease. Harry shoves you lightly.
"Okay okay, you did perfect." You say, kissing his cheek. He grins widely."Good. Then will you be my girlfriend?" He asks. You grin as well.
"Of course." You answer, and Harry pulls you closer and places his lips on yours.
"Ahem." You hear. You look up to see Hermione and Ron smirking. You jump away from Harry, and he laughs.
"(Y/n), glad to see you're okay." Ron smiles. You nod.
"And you. Hermione, are you staying at the Borough this summer?" You ask. She nods excitedly. You sigh in relief.
"Oh good, another girl. I don't think Ginny likes me much." You say quietly. Ron laughs.
"There's a stupid reason for that, but it's not my place to tell you. Well, we should probably start packing. See you all on the train!" Ron says, and goes back upstairs. Hermione follows, leaving you and Harry alone again.
"I'll see you later." You smile, standing up. He wraps an arm around your waist, keeping you from moving.
"See you." He whispers in your ear. You blush madly, and squeak out a goodbye before rushing back to your dorm.

Soon enough you were on the train, Harry's arm around you. Hermione and Ron sat on the bench across from you, an awkward distance away from each other.
"I'll bet by next year they'll be all over each other." Harry whispers in your ear. You laugh loudly at the thought.
"What?" Ron asks curiously. You shake your head.
"Nothing. So Ron, what do you have planned for us to do this summer?" You ask. Ron shrugs.
"Probably playing quidditch with the twins and Ginny." He says. You and Hermione groan loudly.
"I'm so bad at quidditch." You laugh. Harry sighs.
"How can my girlfriend be bad at quidditch?" He teases.
"No really Harry, she can't catch a quaffle for her life." Ron laughs. Hermione jumps to defend you.
"And I can't hit a bludger! Quidditch isn't for everyone Ronald." She scolds. Harry smirks at Hermione, but she doesn't notice.
Soon Ron and Hermione are bickering like an old couple.
"I'm half expecting them to start snogging right now." You whisper to Harry. He chokes at the thought, then cracks up. Hermione and Ron stop their argument.
"Honestly you two! What is so funny?" Hermione demands.
"I'll tell you later." You lie. Suddenly the train stops. You frown.
"No..." You moan quietly. Harry smiles at your cuteness.
"I'll see you at the end of the summer." He says, and pecks your lips quickly. He starts to walk off the train, and you follow.
"Write to me." You say, once you're off the train. Harry laughs.
"You know I won't." He smirks. You roll your eyes playfully.
"Please. Anyway, You should introduce me to your uncle." You suggest. Harry laughs.
"Maybe I should. Come on then. But be prepared, they're very rude." He says, the takes your hand and pulls you over to them.
"Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia, I want you to meet my girlfriend, (y/n)." He says proudly. You start to regret your decision as the two adults glare at you.
"Hello, I'm Dudley." A voice says. You look over to see a large boy, holding out his hand for you to shake. You take it shyly.
"Pleasure to meet you. Well Harry, I should probably be going. It was... Nice to meet you Mr. And Mrs. Dursley." You say. You kiss Harry quickly on the cheek, then practically run away.
"How'd you get a girlfriend like her?" You hear Dudley say behind you. It takes all of your strength not to laugh.
Your attention was turned to Hermione as she had linked arms with you.
"I'm so excited! We get to spend the entire summer together!" She squealed. You nod in agreement. Ron comes up on your other side.
"You think Harry will be okay? He was supposed to stay with Sirius..." He trails off. You sigh.
"I hope so. The poor kid can't catch a break." You say. Then the three of you spot Mrs. Weasley and Ginny, and rush over to them.
