Dear Agent #2 -

HELP! I think my house is haunted!

I found a cool place downtown after university, this refurbished loft in the historic part of town. I didn't think I'd be able to afford such a place so cheap, but now I see why! There's a ghost living here!

Please advise!

Dear Wary -

Congratulations on your new home and finding a roommate so quickly! It's hard to go out on your own, so having a roommate can really help cut down on bills and the crippling loneliness of isolation.

Now, as you mentioned you were in university, I'm sure you're familiar with the standard rules for having a roommate:
*Respect their privacy
*Don't touch what's not yours without permission!
And most importantly...
*Communicate!

You'll have to be working together for the household now, so please do your best to get along. You don't have to be friends, but by keeping these simple rules in mind, you should have peace in the home!

If the ghost is bothering you when you are sleeping, remind them that sleep is important for your health. Consider perhaps putting up some signs. There should be some sigils in the WPRS shop that can sufficient to say "Do Not Disturb!"

If the ghost moves things that are yours, it's okay to let them know that you don't appreciate that. You don't touch the ghost's things, right?

As for communication, consider investing in a Ouija Board to keep on hand, or fogging up the mirror after you step out of the shower.

Existence, living and undead, is better with company, and how much fun would it be to have someone to watch movies with? I wish you both the best!

P.S.
For the record, it's kind of rude to say this ghost is 'living' with you, don't you think? I mean, way to remind them of their chronic condition, jerk.
