Chapter 18
Why is she letting someone in our house without my permission?
"What are you doing here?" tanong ko naman sa kaniya.
He gullibly raised his hand and showed me that he brought Starbucks.
"I got iced caramel macchiato and a double-smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich for you." he said and went inside my room.
I worriedly asked him.
"Your maids..." he said, as a matter of fact.
"Other than my maids, of course.
I wonder if his fans knew this side of him. Even if sometimes annoying, it made him even more charming.
"Hmm... I don't think that someone else saw me other than your maids. Pati pala yung guard niyo sa gate." he said and looked up to me. "Kumain ka na. I'll be dropping you off to school."
"Don't you have practice for today?
"We have a practice for today." sagot niya naman at saka umupo sa aking tabi.
Your car's windows' not that tinted.
"What did I tell you, Blair?" he asked. "I told you that I don't care, right?" paalala niya sa akin.
"Pero, Isaiah—"
"Blair, I can even quit the band right now." he stated and it made me stopped. "I don't care what might happened if someone caught us, Blair. I'm not afraid. But if you are, just tell me and let me quit the band for you. Kapag nangyari 'yon... If I quit the band, wala na tayong p-problemahin."
He reached for my hand. He intertwined our hands together and smiled, like he's imagining something.
"Come to think of it, Blair..." he trailed off and I saw his ears turned red. "We can go on a date publicly, post our pictures on different social media sites, travel the world together without being followed... You don't know how many times I've wished for that to happen. But this is our reality..."
