"Did you get in to see Lydia?" Scott says as we see Stiles and Malia approach us from up the stairs in the library.

"No, " he says disappointed, "I tried using my free period but she's still in the ICU and no one outside the family is allowed in. "

"We got one thing," Malia says following behind them with a book that I recognize clearly, The Beastiary. I remember receiving it for my 13th birthday and I've read over a hundred times. I remember every single word. I even dedicate a week, stuck in my room, trying to understand the language it was written in.

"Anything in here about half-werewolves, half-Kanimas?" Kira wonders as she sits next to me.

"The Chimera." Scott clarifies.

"Um, what?" Stiles questions

"Chimera," I answer, "It's a creature made of incongruous parts."

From the corner of my eye I see Ava carelessly looking through books in shelves. She seems interested in everything that's in here. I guess you can't judge a book by its cover, coming from her.

"And if Liam said he found two burial sites," Scott says and then pauses, looking at everyone surrounding him, "it means Tracy's not the only one."

"Who's the second Chimera?" Kira says worriedly.

"And why would they bury them?" Stiles says intensively.

"Deaton thinks it's part of their process." Scott answers. There is a long silence as everyone tries to process all the information. I feel myself want to speak and tell them all that Ava and I want to find a way home, but it seems that it wouldn't be a good time to bring it up because they need to worry about finding the second chimera before it hurts anyone else.

I sigh and regrettably, Stiles notices. He grabs my arm softly and pulls me away from everyone. "What's wrong?" he says giving me worried eyes.

"I didn't want to bring it up because you guys look like you have your hands full but..." I hesitate to bring the words to leave my mouth, "Ava and I... need to get home."

"Oh." he says lowering his face to hide his expression, "How soon?"

"No later that tomorrow night," I say studdering then jumping to conclusions, "unless, that doesn't work for you." He smiles and then opens his arms. I instantly embrace him. I feel tears run down my face because if I go back, he won't be there. Before I pull away from his brace, I wipe my tears and sniffle a little.  Then I look back to go to the table and everyone is staring. There all smiling back at us and I notice Stiles blushing, embarrassed, in the corner of my view.

Ava looks at me and walks over, then whispers to me, " Did you tell him," I nod, "and h-how do you feel?"

I narrow my eyes to a book on the shelf, "Sad."

"Hey," she says resting her hand on my shoulder, "we will find your parents. One day. I promise." I smile at the hope she always gives me.

"The people in masks," Malia says concerned and everyone returns an unbelievable expression back. There's a long silence as everyone looks towards in disbelief.

"This way," Melissa says as we emerge from the hospital elevator doors. It's just Scott, Kira, Ava, and I because Malia and Stiles decided to stay back and look over the Beastiary, hoping to find something. "He came in about 45 minutes ago," Melissa says directing us to a room where a boy is screaming.

"Melissa." I tall, bald with a mustache and white coat doctor says walking in her tracks.

"Yeah," she responds

"I'm gonna find an anesthesiologist covering acute pain." he pauses to process his troubled words, "See what you can do."

"Okay." she assures hoping that Scott can help.

Scott asks as we enter the room seeing the light browned hair boy, strapped to the gurney, screaming, "Mom, what's happening to him?"

"It's the pain, Nothings working," she says frowning and then gesturing to his arm, which looked like it was dipped in acid, "We've already pumped him full of morphine."

"Can't they do anything to help him?" Ava wonders.

"We can put him in a medically-induced coma. It's how we help burn victims deal with the pain."  Ava nods to Melissa's attention to her.

"Let me see if I can help," Scott says inching his way closer and closer to the gurney.  As he does this Melissa runs to close the door, so that no one sees.

"Please, make it stop." the boy pleads and repeats, "Please make it stop." Scott then grabs the boys shaking hand and starts to squeeze. First I start to see black viens run from neck and down to his own hands. The boy continues to moan louder and louder. Soon I notice Scott starting to feel the pain also, but he tries to hold it back and focus on healing the boy.

"Scott," Kira says from behind me and then runs towards him to pull him away, "Let go." She asks again, "Let go of him." Scott soons lets go when it fits him and the boy's screams die down.

Breathing heavily Scott tires, "I'm okay." he stumbles around then asks Melissa, "Let me see it. Let me see his arm."

Melissa slowly rushes to untie the sleeping boy from the gurney and reaches for his bandage. She reveals the wound to everyone and Ava speaks up, stepping in, "Holy."

"What is that?" Kira asks with curiousity.

"The lab says scorpion venom." Melissa answers.

"Scorpion?" I wonder.

"I know." Melissa goes to reach fresh bandage off the table and starts to wrap up the boys arm, "But that's not the weirdest part. Because a sting this bad means that he should have been dead 10 hours ago, and the scorpion that stung him would have been 10 feet tall."

"Please tell me that doesn't mean there's a giant scorpion running around Beacon Hills." Ava humors.

"Lucas...", the boy says waking up slowly, " It was Lucas."

"What's your name?" Scott wonders.

"Corey." he answers.

"Hey, Corey. What Lucas did to you, he's gonna do it to someone else, and it's gonna be much worse." Scott looks around to our wandering eyes, "We need to know what happened."

"I don't really know." Corey says honestly, "He's never been like that before."

I jump in, "Like what?"

"Aggressive." he says. So Corey must be gay. Drake's dad, surprisingly, was also gay in high school, but grew out of it. "We were taking it slow, but it wasn't me. He was the shy one." He thinks a little about what he going to say next, like that it is hard to remember, "Then we're hanging out today and it's like he was a different person."

"Like, different how?" I question beating my eyes into him.

"Like, super confident." he seems to remember because he frowns to his words, "We were just kissing and then I felt this sharp sting on my arm and And then I looked up at him and I swear his eyes turned black."

"You mean totally black?" Scott wonders.

"The whole eye. But it was only for a second." Corey answers sadly, continueing "And then he said sorry, that he'll see me at the club tonight and then he just left. And then a few minutes later, I'm in the worst pain of my life."

"Hold on, you said club," I question, "What club?"

"Every Friday night." Corey pauses, "Sinema."
