Zach took me in a back room.
"We gotta talk." He closed the door.
"Okay what's up?"
"Remember that blonde yelling we should kiss...?"
"Yes...Cassy can be a bit of a bitch sometimes, but gotta love her."
"Did you want to?"
"Yes...I did but when I kissed your cheek I thought I made it awkward and everyone was staring and- wait did you want to?"
He didn't answer me, his lips were on mine instead. Sparks shot through my body he smiled into the kiss, I cuffed his face in my hands and smiled into the kiss too. We both pulled away smiling.
"Amber, I love you will you be my girlfriend?"
"An absolute YES!" I pecked his lips then he grabbed my hand. "Wanna tell anyone?"
"Let's let them figure it out."
"Sounds fun, I'm in." We walked out smiling and not hand in hand, but everyone was staring at us, nothing new...
"Ooooo what happened back there?" Lucas asked
"Grow up Luke every time a guy and girl hang out alone doesn't mean their having sex."
"Can't prove nothing..." he said folding his arms.
"Yeah for all we know ya could be lying." Lex said sitting on the countertop sipping her drink.
"Lex it ain't no lie." I said Zach was laughing at my torment, some boyfriend he was...
"Guys nothing happened me and Amber just talked." Zach said saving me.
"Talk or 'talk'." Lucas asked in air quotations I was seriously gonna kill him
"Talk, a normal talk"he slipped his hand in mine "And then some."
"OH YOU DID DO IT!" Shawn yelled.
"Shut up Shawn your drunk!" I yell
"So are you guys together or something?" Dominic asked.
"BINGO!" We both yell holding up our connected hands and kissed. Dominic rolled his eyes and smiled.
"Cute." He downed the last of his drink.
"I knew it would happen!" Robin yelled jumping up and down.
"Lucas knew first..." Cassy said.
"Yeah, but TOTALLY had the wrong idea." I say
"Well guys wanna call it a night?" Shawn asked.
"Yeah..."we all said. we all said goodbye and congratulated Zach one more time.
"Goodnight Zachy." I smile and give him a kiss.
"Night Am love ya."
"lovez you too babe." Then we all went our separate ways.
