Chapter 20
Calvien's POV
"Calvien..." Si Victoria at si Jessie. Nak ng, baka iba iniisip ni Victoria! Selosa pa naman tong si Victoria naku po.
"V-victoria.." I was about to speak when Anastasia greeted Victoria.
"Tori! Jessie? Small world 'eh? Cole join us for dinner, nakipagmeet kasi kami ni Calvien sa isang client namin and I asked him for dinner, come on sit!" She said.
Umupo si Jessie sa tabi ni Anastasia at kami ni Victoria ang magkatabi, nagusap naman ang dalawa habang may nagtext sa phone ko.

Tiningnan ko naman siya, nakatitig siya saakin ng masama, naku po sinasabi na eh.
The dinner with Anastasia went well. Umuwi na kami, si Jessie nagpaiwan kasi may hinihintay daw siya.
Pagkapasok na pagkapasok ng condo, "Dinner pala ha." sabi ni Victoria at sumalampak sa couch.
"Hindi na ako nakatanggi, nakakahiya naman. Boss ko yun eh." sabi ko nalang habang hinihilot ko ang noo ko.
"Don't care. Matutulog na ako, aalis kami ni Jessie bukas." sabi niya at nagtungo ng kwarto.
Pinauna ko na siya at umupo sandali sa terrace. Nakakastress pala to. Pero syempre mahal na mahal ko si Victoria.
Pero anong ibig sabihin ng paghalik saan ni Anastasia? Sinadya ba niya talaga? Bakit noya ako hinalikan.
Sumunod na ako kay Victoria sa loob ng kwarto natutulog na siya. Kaya humiga ako sa gilid niya at niyakap siya siniksik ko ang mukha ko sa mabangi niyang buhok.
"I love you Victoria.. I love you so much..."
Victoria's POV
Nagising ako at wala na si Calvien. Mga 8:30pm na nakaramdam ako ng gutom, paglabas ko nakita ko sa dining table ay food at sticky note.
Babe,
Eat this ok? I'll be home by 6pm. I love you.
Calvien.
Hmp, nagtatampo parin ako sakanya. Ang hirap iexplain basta, oo nagseselos ako! Ayoko lang naman maulit yung nakaraan. Ayokong masaktan ulit.
I wonder kung nasaan na si Carlo. He was my bestfriend after all.
I ate my breakfast and hit the bookstore, hinahanap ko yung book na To Have and To Hold. Feeling ko kasi maganda siya.
Andito na ako sa Fully Book, I already found the book. Naglalakad na ako to pay the book in the cashier when I hit someone.
"Hey!! Watch where it! Ano ba--"
"Nice to see you bes."
"Carlo? W-what are you doing here?" I curiosly asked. I never heared of him since I dumped him. Never.
"I came home from NY, business stuffs. How are you? You look," he examined me from head to toe. "Pretty different." he smirked.
"I'll take that as a compliment, well I have to go." I said and walked past through him. Iba na siya ngayon nagmature na siya, he's face he's body. He looks hot now.. Hay nako Victoria naglalandi ka nanaman si Calvien lang mahal mo hindi ang ex mo.
"Wait, can we have a coffee?" he asked to me.
I looked at him, nagpupuppy eyes nanaman siya like the old times. I just smiled, hindi parin siya nagbabago.
"Fine, libre mo ha." then we hit the coffee shop.

"One venti espresso and tall signature chocolate for Carlo." naputol ang usapan namin ng tawagin siya for our order.
He's now rich. Famous and guess what, he's still single! Well that's confusing.
"Espresso for you? You must be that tough of guy now." I crack a joke.
"Of course, I have to." he said, "Tori.. I'm sorry.." he held my hand.
Inagaw ko ang kamay ko sakanya, "Past is past Carlo." Hindi ko siya tinitignan, baka maiyak pa ako.
"But, we can still start all over again right?" What? No.
"I'm sorry but I have a boyfriend and soon we'll have a baby, Carlo." tumayo ako mukhang nasasayang na oras ko at parang gusto ko ng lumuha.
"But we can still be bestfriends right?" Nilingon ko siya, he's smilling like an idiot. But I can see pain in his eyes.
"Yes, bes." then I walked out.
Carlo's POV
I'm now at my office, after ng coffee namin ni Tori eh bumalik na ako dito. I can't believe that Victoria has a boyfriend and soon they'll have a baby.
"Hey honey."
"Hey." then I kissed her. Yes, she's my wife. I had to lie to Victoria. Mrs. Guzman gave us a plan for Victoria's boyfriend and to her.
"How's the coffee with Tori?" she asked and sit at my lap.
"It's fine. Nothing odd, can you tell me again why did you accept this plan Ana?" I asked her nacucurious na kasi ako.
"They're paying us $500,00 dollars honey. I know that were rich but remember may utang tayo kaya tayo mayaman ngayon." she said, oo nga dahil sa utang kaya kami yumaman. Kung hindi kami umutang pupulutin kami sa kangkungan.
"But don't you think this is bad? Yes magkakaroon tayo ng pera after this but yung relationship nila si Calvien, yung baby.. si Victoria.." sabi ko, mejo nakokonsensya na rin kasi ako..
"Don't tell me that you're still inlove with her?" she raised an eyebrow at me. Ugh.
"What? No, if I'm still inlove with her hindi sana kita pinakasalan and pinatulan." I said to her.
"Alright, I love you honey." Then she put her head at the side of my neck.
"I l-love you too.." I whispered.
Victoria I'm so sorry... I love you..
