"I expected you to come alone."

"Yeah, well so did I." Karasu grumbled a small pout crossing her arms. As for the man stand to her right, he was watching Munakata along with his lieutenant Awashima and Fushimi.

"What did you need from me this time?"

"Nothing."

"Then why call me out here?!" She glared at him seeing a smirk appear.

"Why I outta—"

"His Majesty wanted me to give you this, and to say that you can no longer go on missions for The Blue Clan." Mikoto narrowed his eyes seeing his lieutenant hand him a large folder before he handed it out for Karasu to take.

"Well, at least I got payed for what I did and I'm still mad that you didn't tell me about Kaibara." She said taking the folder out of his hand.

"What ever happened to him?"

"Does it matter?"

"As long as he's in pain and locked up, I don't really care." She lifted her hand up placing it where one of the many scars where located under her shirt.

"I rather him be dead than alive for what he did to me." She turned around leaving with Mikoto at her side, heat radiated off his person as Karasu grew closer to him, wrapping her arm around his own as they headed back home. No one talked on their way home, as they were returning home Karasu stopped looking around the area. Mikoto looked at her confused.

"What is it?"

"I just heard something..." She told him before she walked near an alleyway when she heard something whimpering coming from behind a trash can.

"Karasu."

"Don't worry, lion." She just smiled at him as she bends down moving the trash can off to the side to see a brown puppy shivering as it continued to whimper.

"Now who would do such a cruel thing?" Karasu picked up the small shivering pup in her arms. It was a good thing it had stopped raining earlier but from what she could tell the pup was outside while it was still raining.

"You got what you were looking for, let's go home." She looked up at Mikoto as he looked at the dog in her arms before looking her in the eyes.

"Izumo won't like this, not one bit." He sighed taking out a cigeratte lighting it up with a lighter.

"Don't worry so much, lion. I can handle Izumo." Mikoto and Karasu made it back to the bar, walking inside Mikoto made his way to the couch.

"Welcome back you two. How did it—" Izumo didn't get the chance to finish his sentence when his eyes landed on the shivering form of a small dog in Karasu's arms.

"No."

"Why not?!" She pouted. She didn't even say any thing yet and he already told her no.

"I don't want a stray inside the bar."

"Please! I promise I'll take care of Hachi!"

"You already named it?" He let out a sigh.

"It's a boy not an it, Izumo." Karasu frowned as she still had the small puppy in her arms trying to warm him up as much as she could until she got Izumo's permission.

"Come on, Izumo. He was out in the rain and he's shivering like crazy. Please." Izumo let out another sigh.

"Fine but only for awhile and you need to find him a new home. He will be your responsibly until than." Karasu grinned hugging Izumo before rushing upstairs.
