It had been two weeks sense the smoothie shop incident and I hadn't gotten one comment from Tiffany or any of her followers. Sure they gave me strange looks that told me they wanted to strangle me, but I ignored them. I felt slightly paranoid she was going to revile my secret. After that incident everyone stuck to me like glue. Because of this I had grown pretty close with everyone. They all have specific nick names they call me almost every time they acknowledge me. For Lissa it was little coz like it had always been. Marcus prefers to call me blondy then pats my hair. Lily calls me little dove, even though I have no idea what it's in reference to. And Jake has called me Addi bear for the past two weeks. At first I was embarrassed but I got over it and when I was feeling particularly confident I would call him jakey-poo.

Almost everyday They would all try to drag me out of my room but most times we would just remain in my room all piled on my mattress which was still on the ground.

Jake and I would stay up most nights whispering over the Walky-tockies we had. Sense I didn't have a phone Jake though it would be fun for us to have walky-talkies by the window so we could talk and see each other with out having to open the window. He even began to play loud music through them to wake me up in the morning which I found incredibly annoying but let it slide because he's cute.

Lissa lily and I would have girl night in's all the time, just sitting in my room chatting, in the end they were almost always interrupted by Jake and Marcus climbing through the window except for when they had football after school.

Speaking of the football team, they still haven't won a single game and it's put Marcus and Jake in a sour mood. I could tell it was bothering them but I didn't know how to fix it. I was never much of a fixer I really don't know how to handle people in emotional situations other than sitting and listening, which is what I've been doing for the past two weeks.

"I just think we need better communication. I mean last year we were so close but then most of the players graduated and we recruited all new players who are complete strangers." Jake said trying to work it out in his head. I smiled and nodded like I always did then he looked at me with his chocolate eyes. When they landed on me his face softened. I could feel a light blush come to my cheeks but he probably wouldn't have noticed. This had been happening a lot. Jake would be talking about something or telling a joke the he would look at me with a soft gaze and a blush would creep to my already red cheeks.

"All right this weeks unit is dance." The gyms teacher said striking a large dramatic pose. Some of the class groaned at the idea of dancing others giggled at the fully grown man with his hip stuck out and his arm in the air, the other rested on his hip. I however felt a serge through my body. I haven't danced in months other than the YouTube technique classes I watch to keep my self in shape just in case. I've also stretched regularly in an attempt to keep my over splits in check. But this was a real dance class.

"We will be doing hip hop, ballet, jazz, and modern for the week so instead of the gym strip feel free to dress in appropriate dance attire. Go change now if you do have anything other than your street clothes and gym strip." The gym teacher ushered us out the gym to the change rooms.

"Is Addi bear excited for dance class?" Jake asked as we walked to the change rooms. I grinned largely which told him the answer. He chuckled and slung his arm around my shoulder before we went separate ways to change. Lucky for me I had an extra pair of leggings in my gym locker just incase. I quickly changed and headed back to the gym. Jake, as always, was waiting for me. He changed at super human speeds and managed to make it out before me, changed and ready to go. I went and sat beside him on the gym floor while we waited for the rest of the class to join us.

"So what are you planning to do for Halloween?" Jake asked. Ah yes Halloween, my favourite holiday, was coming up in two weeks and I still had no idea what I was going to be or what I was doing. I shrugged. "I don't know probably hand out candy with Nancy and watch every Tim burton movie ever." I replied. To me that sounded like a pretty good night, but it was obvious jake didn't like this idea, I know this because there was a big frown across his face. If he frowns every time I say something introverted he's gonna have wrinkles by the time he's seventeen. "Addi nooooo. Marcus and I were thinking of having a party at his dads theatre. Mr. smith already agreed. It'll be awesome." Jake insisted. A movie theatre packed with high school students drinking, dancing, and wearing costumes which shows a bit too much skin? To me that sounded like a trip to hell. So I frowned. If I frown every time he says something extroverted I'm going to have wrinkles by the time I'm seventeen. Noticing my lack of enthusiasm Jake got a little closer to me.

"Please Addi bear it'll be fun I promise. We'll put out candy and only a few guys from the foot ball team and a couple of their friends will come. No more than thirty people." He said in a pleading tone. Darn it I hate when he does that. I'm so easily manipulated when people talk in that needing tone making me do practically anything they want. That's how my parents got me to go places. That's how they got me to go with them that day.

"No alcohol?" I asked. Jake shook his head. "No annoying loud music that no one likes?" I asked, and again Jake shook his head. "And finally, no Tiffany?" Jake shook his head and laughed.

"Addi I pinky promise you that you'll have fun." Jake said holding his pinky out. I wrapped my finger around his. "Only cuz you pinky promised." I told him in a teasing tone.
