"Ahhh Addi that's so awesome you need a distraction!" Lissa squealed brining me into a bone crushing hug. "I'm so proud of you little coz." Lissa and I were sitting on our couch watching talking with the t.v. On as background noise. I had told her about my teaching to football players and like always, she supported me. Nancy who was standing in the kitchen starting on dinner, and by that I mean she was ordering pizza before heading out to paint for the preschool in town, shouted "I agreed with Lissa. This is so good for you. Plus Jake and Marcus will be there." I smiled and nodded in agreement.

Nancy left and pizza came a couple minutes after. We plated the pizza then went back to the couch. "So has Tiffany said anything to you?" Lissa asked. I shook my head. "I dont think she would dare after what you said to her." I told her. Lissa pursed her lips. "Mmmm. I don't know I just have a bad feeling about it." That made my stomach drop. I hate when Lissa says stuff like that. It makes me feel antsy. I trust Lissa with anything including the future, and the fact she has a bad feeling really rubs me the wrong way.

It was Friday, my first day teaching dance to the football team And I couldn't help but feel anxious. Wouldn't you if you were a 95 pound girl trying to teach high school football players dance? The coach told me to show up to the gym office ten to four changed in dance wear, so I did. It was probably the first time my hair was away from my face in a long time. The coach greeted me then bent down to see me eye to eye.

"You go get 'em kid." He told me. I smiled a weak smile then turned for the gym where the boys were waiting. "Wait! I almost forgot." The coach called. I stopped in my tracks and turned. The coach was digging through his desk then held up a little whistle. He walked over holding it as if it were the most deleted thing he had ever held. When he gently placed it in my hand I put the string around my neck and walked out. The boys were talking amongst them selves until Jake and Marcus noticed me. They rush to my side and stood with me at the front.

"Excuse me!" I shouted. No body paid attention to me. Didn't even bat an eyelash. I frowned. "Hello!" I yelled. I looked at Jake and Marcus who were trying not to laugh. I glared at both of them. "Oh my god that was the cutest thing I've ever seen." Marcus cooed squishing my cheeks. "Seriously adorable." Jake agreed. I slapped Marcus' hands away and blew the whistle loudly. The ear piercing screech grabbed Everyone's attention.

"Sit." I told them, and to my absolute shock they did. What are they? dogs? I smiled with satisfaction. "I'm Addi and as you probably already know I'm teaching you ballet." I introduced. They made a sound of acknowledgement. "Now, I have no idea who any of your are so could you tell me your names please?" I asked. I tried to make it sound more like statement other than a question but I'm pretty sure it didn't work. But still, they all introduced themselves.

"Mark"

"Thomas"

"Jacob"

"Max"

"Todd"

There was fifteen of them. A lot of names to remember. "Okay so first we're going to do a dance warm up which is sorta different than a football warm up the first thing you going to do is a minute of jumping jacks." I told them. They all looked at me waiting. "Oh right go... now." I said, then They all began jumping. After the warm up we needed to do some stretches sense this was probably the most flexibility they have ever used.

"Alight so what we're going to do is a pre split. so your going to make your legs into a triangle, your bottom leg and the floor should make a 90° angle. Stretch the front leg then lean over." I instructed. They did as I told told them and I followed along. "Now try to sink down as far as you can in a split." I told them, then proceeded to slide into a flat right split. I looked around and all of them were still in a pre split. Did I need to blow the whistle again?

"What are you doing? I said as far as you can go." I told them. Jake cleared his throat. "Uh Addi this is as far as we can go." He told me. I looked around. Almost everyone was barley in a pre split. "Oh boy." I mumbled. And that was about the way the rest of the class went. For an hour I watched those idiots barely able to understand a plié. Needless to say it was a long hour, and they were gonna be sore tomorrow. I waited at the door of the gym as they filed out the way the coach normally does. Jake was the last out, but before he left he stopped.

"Hey Addi?" He looked at me that way again. "You look pretty with your hair up." And with that he left the gym leaving me alone face red as a tomato."you did great by the way." He called over his shoulder.

Marcus gave me and Jake a ride home, and it was silent. I was anxious and death gripping my seat. I was glad it was silent. Then there would be no distractions for Marcus who drove like a psychopath with out distractions. Well it was silent until Marcus had to interrupt it. "So blondy, were hanging out at your place right?" He asked. I nodded. "Ya Lissa and lily should be there right now." I explained to him. He nodded his head.

By the time we got back home I was ecstatic to be out of the car. I really hate car rides with anyone driving but Lissa. Like I said before I trust Lissa with any thing.
