CHAPTER 2

THE BADASS DELINQUENTS

“DELINQUENTS”

WRITTEN BY: VASILISA ROSEMARIE SABINA

I was kind . . . Wait, let me emphasize it. I was nice, so kind, sweet lovely, and innocent but that’s only because I was one year old and what happened when I turned 15? I became a hot-headed girl, heartless, cold-hearted, rude, wicked, insubordinate and most of all a warrior. What I mean warrior, warrior of all the delinquents. That’s what my father taught me after I turned 15 but of course I still respect him and of course my mother, just them.

My father taught me that para hindi ako maging soft, mahina at lalampa-lampa. He turned me into a "Beauty but a Beast".

What a stupid reasonable reason, I thought.

Well, I can’t blame him. He’s abnormal and so is my mother. They’re autistic and that’s the truth. Well, truth hurts.

And about Alexander, I bet he forgot to put a c[o]ndom on. Stupid him, his stupidity would ruin his life now and forever because I’m pregnant and he’s the father, the father of my child or maybe, children.

I’m pregnant with the hot-headed, heartless, cold-hearted, rude, jerk guy named Alexander Quin Liamzon. D[a]mn. Can anyone even imagine that? Me? Pregnant? I didn’t even imagine myself walking down the aisle, pag bubuntis pa kaya? Oh for goodness sake. Is this what I supposed to get when I turned 17, pregnant?

This was Pocholo’s fault. But Pocholo! Pocholo is a stubborn pest and made me do it.

“Hmp!” As usual, walk out.

It’s Alexei.

“You’re back! So give me that. The potchi, give me! Oh Alexei, I missed you. When did you come back?” He looked at me like para hindi ako ‘yung nasa harapan niya. D[a]mn. I’ve never thought pregnancy will make me act weird.

I can’t believe it. He’s here. Standing in front of me smirking like there’s no tomorrow. He came back from Moscow.

“Oh shut the hell up, sexy b[i]tch. I just missed you’re [a]ss.” If I’m liberated then, he’s super liberated.
