*Jade's POV*

"Hey LJ, come here for second" I called out. "Yeah.. sure" he replies. Oh god what am I getting myself into? He kissed me but how in the hell am I gonna ask him 'why he did it'. Should I say it straight out or slowly work my way through. He seems cute when he's happy. Jade what are you doing? He's taken! He's off limits! Screw it. I'll just ask him straight out. So miss jealously won't be too curious as in why LJ was taking forever to get back. Ok Jade, you need to be calm about this. I thought to myself.

"Hey Jade" LJ says. "Oh.. hey.. I didn't hear you come in.. haha" I spoke nervously. "What did you need" he asked. "I... uhh... I need to ask you about what happened earlier"I said trying to keep my cool. "Ok... if it's about the kiss. I am so sorry.... I don't know what came over me" he said in a soft tone. "I'm fine with it.. but the thing is why did you do it" I asked. "Look Jade. I like you. I really do... if I didn't do anything about it I might lose you" he said. "and when I saw I picture of you w/ a guy on your laptop. it kinda made me jealous" he said. "wait, you mean Cody?" I asked. "If that's his name than yeah" he said. "Cody is my brother.. well not as in blood but as friend basis. Him and I been close since we were kids" I replied. "oh.. well that's a relief" he said. "LJ I can't do this.. you have a girlfriend. And I don't want be known as the girl who ruined your relationship" I said sadly. " Jade. listen to me." he said. I tried to refuse eye contact. He used his index finger to lift my chin, so I was in eye contact with him. "Jade look at me. I hired you because you seem like a cool and down to earth person to have around. You love being around livestock and I know you grew up around it. I can tell by the way you take care of your horses. You are beautiful, charming, independent, strong and caring. I like your personality. Please don't leave because of my mistake. Just stay." LJ said in a soft tone. "Ok.. I'll stay but on one condition.." I said giving in. "anything" he says. "please shave that beard.. it doesn't suit you" I said shyly. "well it seems like I wasn't the only one who was doing all the checkin out around here." he said in a gladly voice. "hey, I'm just bein honest here.." I said. I reached up and whispered in his ear "honestly guys with beards are bit of a turn off for me" I said seductively. He coughs! "I...I.. uhh... I.. I'll consider it" he said trying to get himself together. "well you better get going.. before someone gets a little suspicious" I said while tilting my head towards his house. "Oh right... ummm.. Good night Jade. see you in the morning." LJ said. "Good night Larry" I said.

*Christen's POV*

Ugh what's taking him so long? I hope he's keeping his hands off of her. Maybe I should take a peep. Right when I was about to open the door, LJ walked in. I guess he did keep his hands to himself. Nothing on him. I guess it's a movie night with my babe.

*LJ's POV*

Christen wanted to have a movie night but I didn't care. My mind was still set on Jade. She popped in 'Something Borrowed'. I was watching and at the same time thinkin' about Jade. I wish I was cuddling next to her instead. Christen and I have been together for four years now. We've had our ups and downs but we get past them. Lately Christen has been acting weird. Like she never use to keep this distant from me. I don't know, all I can think about is Jade and that little moment we shared. "Babe your going with Ryan, Skeeter, and Austin right? to Vegas for the finals" she asked. "what? oh yeah I am." I replied. "and she's not going right?" she asked again. "No.. Jade has a rodeo that same weekend." I replied. "Good." she said sternly. Then that's when I remembered. Jade has a rodeo in Vegas the same weekend as the PBR Finals. Christen will be leaving for Florida next week. She would be gone for a whole month. That means Christen wont be able to come to Vegas for the finals. Which I'm kinda relieved. One month alone with Jade. I'll take that chance.
