Chill Day

I woke up to someone breathing down my neck and a warm around my waist. I turned around and found a sleeping LJ. I took this time to state at him. He looked adorable when he sleeps. "Take a picture, it'll last longer" he said while his eyes were still shut. "I already did" I replied. His eyes shot open. He tried to grab my phone but I wouldn't let him. He caught me off guard and started tickling me. "St-- st- stop, stop" I yelled and laughin at the same time. "Delete this picture and I'll stop" "ok...ok..." after he stopped I hurried up and ran into the bathroom. I looked at the picture and sent it to him. I guess I he got it because he was laughing.

I peeked my head out and saw he wasn't in the room. I took this chance to grab my clothes. But no, he swept me up and threw me on the bed. Then he showed me the picture. He seemed like it because he set it as his wallpaper. "you know.. you have a nice smile" he said. "why thank you kind sir" I replied. "Hey.. you wanna go to the lake" he asked. " yes... but first I need to get my morning run in" I said. "ok.. while your running I shall go start making breakfast" "alright... see ya in a bit" I got up but I got pulled back down. "aren't you forgetting something" "hmmm... no. haha" "ooooh... your getting it now" "no..no...no.. please..." he started tickling me again. He leaned down to kiss me but I put my hand on his mouth. I sprinted out the bedroom and ran outside. "sneaky Jade" he said. "ok. ok.." I leaned up to him and gave him a peck.

*LJ's POV*

I woke up to the most beautiful person. Apparently while I was sleeping she took a picture. I knew she is the one for me. She had a smile that can bright anyone's day.

Jade went for her early morning run. I have time to get ready and make breakfast.

*Jade's POV*

'When you feel my heat, look into my eyes.. it's where my demons hide....'it's where my demons hide.. Don't get to close.. It's dark inside... its where my demons hide.. it's where my demons hide' I hate it after I get done running all the good tunes starts playing. After my run I went inside to take shower. When I got done with my shower I got a text from LJ.

<Hey babe... I'm at my house making breakfast. come by>

I didn't reply I just went straight over there. I knocked on the door, he gladly answered it. "you know.. you don't have to knock" "yeah I know.... but it's a habit".

After we ate, we started packing so we can head over to the lake. Then I remembered I didn't bring my bikini. I told LJ. So we had to run to the mall and buy one. After I bought one, we were off to the lake.

After a thirty minute drive we arrived at the lake. I asked LJ where I can changed. He told me where I can change. Its a good thing I was wearing shorts and a 'say I won't' tank top.

I guess we weren't the only ones at the lake. We saw Ryan, Skeeter, and Austin and their girlfriends. Well only Ryan had a girlfriend and Austin's wife. LJ told me he invited them over. I was relieved that I won't be the only girl on the boat with them.

I was having a great time. Everyone was having fun. Until someone pushed me in the water. Turns out to be LJ. "LJ, what am I gonna wear now" "oh bummer, I guess you gotta only wear the bikini back home." "LJ." "Alright... alright.. I think I got a extra shirt". I took off my tank top and shorts because they were soaked. When I took em off I see all the boys staring. I'm assuming everyone is lookin at my abs. Yep I have an athletic body. "I think you put these girls to shame with your body" LJ whispered. "haha...." "By the way I can't wait to get you home" after those words, my cheeks were pink.

*LJ's POV*

After I jumped in the water with her, she climbed back into the boat and so did I. After she took off her shirt and shorts I noticed she had abs. Dam this girl has a nice body I thought to myself. I wasn't the only one lookin, so was the boys. Girl had me speechless. I told her I can't wait to get her home, and she blushed.

It was a fun day at the lake. Just what we needed. Now were heading home, to have a cook out. I asked Jade if she can run to the store for the food, while I get the grill ready. She agreed but the other girls also went with her.

*Jade's POV*

I was on my way to the store with the girls. Austin's wife was asking me questions. How me and LJ met, where was I from and so on. But she also told me that she never liked Christen. She would always pull LJ away from the boys but mostly never letting him do whatever. She was ALWAYS the jealous type. Then she tells me "but you my dear, is a keeper" "thanks..." "can I ask you a question" "shoot" "how in the world did you get em abs... honestly I'm jealous of your body" she said. "oh.. haha.. I just kept running, doing inclines, push ups and sit-ups and all that other gym workouts" "oh I see.... you know I never thought LJ would go for college girl" "why is that"? "I don't know... he just seems like he wasn't into a college type" "oh I see..." "Your not after him because he rides bulls for a living are you"? "Heck no... I'm no dam buckle bunny... why would you say that" I replied. "I'm just checkin..."

After we grabbed what we need from the grocery we were on our way home. LJ had the grill going. I brought back steaks, hamburgers and hotdogs.. and some side dishes.

All the food was done. We said a small prayer and then dig in. I was picking out my food when my phone went off. I took a glimpse at it and it was my sister. I put my plate down and went outside.

"Hey sis"

"Hey champ what you up to today"?

"Hangin out at a cook out and you"

"Just at home.... bored. how's school and your horses"

"We're great... schools great, my boys are doing great"

"Good to hear.. so any luck with them college boys"

"Oh... I met a guy.. he's completely handsome and guess who it is"

"Really? tell me. tell me"

I looked around to see if anyone was around

"It's my man crush.. LJ Jenkins"

"Oh my god... you gotta be kidding"

"Nope... I'll FaceTime you later and maybe you can meet him then"

"Ok... and your at his house now"

"Yes.... I gotta go.. He's lookin for me.. Talk to you later.. Bye.. And I love you"

"Alright... love ya to champ"

She hung up.

I miss my family back home. I hope to see em soon. I can't wait to see them during Christmas break.

"Hey babe.. where you did go" he asked. "I was talkin to my sister on the phone... why? what's up" I replied. "oh nothing.. just wondering where you went that's all" "oh.. ok.." "You ok?" "yeah I'm fine" " c'mon Jade... I know I can tell when your feeling down" "can we talk bout it... until after everyone leaves..." "sure.... they should be leaving in a bit" "alright".

~Later that Night~

"So what do you wanna talk about" LJ asked. "well its just that people tend to think that I'm only with you because your famous... and it kinda makes me wonder. Like I'm this normal girl living a normal life.. and you, your this famous BullRider that pretty much every girl dreams of being with" I replied. "oh babe... don't listen to them... Don't let them get to you. I fell in love with you because you are far more beautiful than them other girls... and babe you are my rock" "I've tried not to let it get to me... it's annoying.... before me.. was that all you ever dated was buckle bunnies" "I'm gonna be honest... yes I have.. that's why they asking you these questions" "oh.. good to know...I'm gonna go to bed" I said. "babe don't go... I'm sorry I didn't tell you" "it's not your fault... I'm just a bit shock that everyone seems to think that I'm just another girl who walked through your door... I don't know what to do at this point" "Jade... please" " I gotta go" I replied sadly.
