Miranda's pov

I walk outside prepared to leave with Jason when my brother Sean came home. He smiles and hugs me. "Finally makin' it sis. Told ya you would." I smile. "I'm gonna miss you Sean. You always believed in me." He smiled. "And I still do. You're gonna be awesome." Jason puts my bags and guitar in the truck. "I gotta go." "Live your dream little sis. I love you." "Love you too." I get in Jason's truck and we start the five hour drive to Nashville. It was kinda quiet until he asked if I have ever been to Nashville. "Once to see an opry show Dustin Lynch was playing on and the other time to see the 9th annual ACM honors." He glances over at me and smiles. "I honored Alabama that year." I smile and nod. "It was my first time watching you perform and it was so cool!" "I sure do love Alabama." I smile and pull out my CD briefcase. "What's that?" He asks. I unlock it with the key I keep around my neck. I open it to reveal my collection of CDs. "Ya mind?" I ask, pulling out my 20 biggest hits Alabama CD. "Be my guest." I put it in and we listen to Alabama all the way to Tennessee.

We get to the house and I let her take over the guest room. She puts her posters up and I go talk to Brittany. "Jessica called. She's gotta go out of town so she's dropping Keely and Kendyl off." "Oh ok. When?" Just then there's a knock on the door. "Now." She says. I smile and open the door. "Hey girls." "Sorry about the last minute, Jason." "No problem, Jess. I love having the girls." She smiles. I can't wait to let them meet Miranda. She waves and leaves. "Y'all eaten dinner yet?" "Nope." Keely says, playing on her phone. Man I hate that she's a teenager now. "Girls I've got a surprise for you."

Jason texts me to come downstairs so I do. Oh his daughters are here. "Hey." I say, waving. "Daddy who's she?" Kendyl asks, tugging on his sleeve. He smiles and pats her head. "She's a friend of mine who's trying to become a singer like me." "My name's Miranda." I say. "I'm Kendyl and that's my big sister Keely." Keely waves slightly, absorbed in her phone. "So who's up for pizza for dinner." Jason asks. There's a chorus of yeses. I hate to admit though I'm a little anorexic. But I gotta look good if I wanna be a singer. I just say I'm not hungry and go back to my room.

"So what are we doing with her?" Kendyl asks. "She's staying here and Micheal is gonna get her on tour. She wants to sing like I do." After the kids eat dinner, they go to bed. "She's gonna go on your tour right?" I nod. "I haven't told her yet. I'm gonna surprise her tomorrow."

Miranda's pov

I go downstairs, tiredly. "Good morning." I mumble through my drowsiness." I sit at the bar with Keely and Jason. Brittany was making breakfast. "Hey Keely go get Kendyl up." She runs upstairs while I try to wake up. "What time is it?" "Ten." Brittany says, turning away from the stove. She sets plates down just as the girls come down. "After breakfast, I need to teach you guitar." My eyes go wide, excitement burning in me. I eat as quickly as I can, making everyone laugh and I blush. But at least I'm awake. I grab my guitar and Jason teaches me the chords. "I've always wanted to learn but we didn't have the money for lessons." "Well now you know how to play. I think more girls should learn guitar." "Me too." He smiles. "You're gonna do great out there on tour with me." My eyes go wide. "I'm.... I'm going on tour with you?" I cry wide eyed. He nods. You're my opener." I'm so excited. "Yay! This is so cool!" I hug him. "Thank you so much for everything!" "You're welcome." I'm the luckiest girl on the planet.
