Help(?) I guess.

So, say there's a girl.

The girl likes two boys.

She's close with both of them.

She likes one of them more. But she still likes the other one too.

Okay so, say the girl is Sayuri. (iromiika I'm sorry for using your characters as ref :^) I can't think of any names. )

The boy she likes more is Shiro.

But she likes the other guy, Kai.

Sayuri and Shiro are classmates/schoolmates.

Sayuri used to be classmates with Kai. This is because she transferred schools.

 So now, she's in the school Shiro is in.

Sayuri has known Shiro for, let's say, about a year but has only became really close with him for like 3 months when she got the courage to talk to him in one of their classes.

Sayuri and Kai still text and communicate via online. 

Kai is a very cute in a child-like way, sort of shy, and timid guy. He's also very humble. Doesn't swear, though he says "not-so-vulgar" swear words (damn, etc.)
 Yet he has also changed recently since he's going through puberty xD so he has become a bit more daring towards
Sayuri (and since people change, in general).

Shiro is also sort of introverted, but compared to Kai, more social, though he is socially awkward. But once he gets comfortable, he's very fun to talk to. 
Shiro is a gentleman (he and Sayuri hung out in a park once & did the whole "ladies first" thing when necessary), he's kind to everyone equally, yet he does swear and isn't afraid to show it, especially when he gets annoyed.

Sayuri and Shiro are really good friends, and since Sayuri is really easy to talk to since she's sort of happy-go-lucky. However, Shiro doesn't like her back. 

In fact, he just told Sayuri recently he liked someone (um, let's say Mari) and he asked for advice from her, which did make Sayuri happy that he did. But it also saddened her, knowing he didn't like her back.

This is the CURRENT situation of the 3 people:

Sayuri & Shiro:

Later, they got into a small argument, when Shiro got annoyed at Sayuri for not telling "who likes him" right away, because he was tired and had work the day after early.

In the end, after Shiro slept, Sayuri sent a last-minute message, confessing how she felt about him. But she still added, "So let's stay friends. ^^" just to ease the awkwardness.

He didn't reply but saw the message.

A few days later, Sayuri had to go to her high school orientation. Skipping useless info, she was part in the same group as Shiro when they had to go on tour because they had the same guidance counselor.

Sayuri and him didn't talk or acknowledge each other, possibly because of the whole "confession" thing or maybe Shiro was awkward about it. There were times wherein Sayuri thought she saw him and his friend glance at her direction.

That day, the only time they were "near" together was when Shiro and his friends sat a row behind Sayuri and her friends, or the time after the tour when Shiro was right behind Sayuri.

Until the present day, however, they haven't communicated whatsoever. Sayuri wants to message him again, and say she meant she liked him as a friend, or just start a casual conversation. But she's afraid he wouldn't talk to her the same. They've HAD small fights in the past and always got over it, but this time it's a bit different with the whole confession.

Sayuri & Kai:

Since they're not in the same school, not much happened between them, in comparison to Sayuri and Shiro.

They do chat each other time to time.

And the more Sayuri does, her feelings for Kai grow.

And she feels like a mess.

Because she likes both Shiro and Kai.

Sometimes, Sayuri even thinks of giving up on Shiro, with their whole current situation, and just going for Kai, seeing as he shows her a little affection (romantically) occasionally; something Shiro didn't do.

But everytime Sayuri thinks of Shiro, she just falls for him all over again.

Now, Sayuri is torn between the two of them.

What do you think should she do?

With her situation with Shiro?

With Kai?

With her feelings?

This whole story just came in my mind, if you're curious.

I sort of really need all the help I can get on it. How to continue this.

The ones I mentioned, I honestly think are the ones that give the best advices and help. I know you don't have to, but I need to continue this somehow..
