Chapter 16

Swara entered the Maheshwari house one more time. Memories came rushing back for her as she remembered how she had first came into this house pretending to be Sanskar's wife, then by force she had to marry him and then when she had fallen in love with him, she had to leave. How had things changed so much. Now when she wanted to be in this house and family she had to leave and for a second she thought it was her own fault. She was the one that was making Sanskar give Kavita a chance. 

"Ma, papa, dadi, dada," came Ragini's voice as she she greeted them. She saw her pause as she came to Swara. It surprise her when Ragini gave her a hug. For a second all the worries and drama was gone as she held her sister. The one person that she wanted to talk to now and share how much she was confused about what was happeneing. 

"I'm so glad you guys came. I thought that you all will be still mad at me for what happened. I know what I did was so wrong and that is not the teaching you gave me. For a while I had lost my path and I want to improve myself," explained Ragini. 

Swara was so proud of her sister. She stil couldn't believe that she could have done all that she did but was proud to know that she was will to improve and fix her wrong doing. She turned and looked at dada and dadi. She knew that dada was still not happy with what she had done. He was still upset that dadi had let Ragini go on the wrong path when she knew what was happeneing. 

"Ragini, it is good that you are willing to change and before you did something that you couldn't come back from," said Swara. Suddenly from the corner of her eyes she spotted Sanskar. He was talking to some guys and he looked up at her. She felt this happiness spark inside her. But then it died down when she saw Kavita come next to him.

Sanskar saw as Swara looked away when Kavita came next to him. It made him feel horrible knowing that this was painful for her yet he had to do all this to make her realised her being unrealistic in presuming that Kavita and him can just start off from where they'd left off. 

"Sanskar, you haven't even spent any time with me since I came back. It feels like you are trying to ignore me. I want to spend time with you and you are leaving me. Have I done anything wrong?" Asked Kavita. 

"Nah, it's just that life has moved on so much since we were together. When you came back I can't just leave it. I will spend more time with you," answered Sanskar. 

Kavita gave him a hug and Sanskar saw that Swara was watching and her eyes looked away when she saw this. Swara how can you hold yourself back. Why are you doing this? Why are you  putting yourself and myself go through all this when we all know that you love me and my love only belongs to you.

"Lakshya, you do think that what Sanskar is doing is ok. I mean Kavita will be hurt and what will she do when she finds out the truth?" Asked Ragini.

"I don't know. I just want my brother to be happy but you are also correct. We don't know how Kavita will react. That doesn't mean that I'm not going to help my brother."

"Like I promised of Swara is truly the one for Sanskar and Kavita is the past for Sanskar then I'm going to do whatever it takes to help you both. I'm not going to help destroy someone else's like. I know you think that I'm a horrible person and all but I do care for my sister and I do want to see her happy," said Ragini. 

Lakshya looked at her and after a long time he actually saw the same concern and love for Swara that she had before. Yeah he couldn't forgive her and he had trouble trusting her but he knew that she meant what she said. She was will to put aside her concerns and all to get the right person their love.

"Lucky, do you have what I wanted?" Asked Sanskar as he interrupted his thoughts. 

"Don't worry bhai, I got all that you wanted and ready when you are," answered Lakshya.

"Good and Ragini do you have all the papers? After you sign the papers, we are going to start the plan."

Ragini nodded as she showed them the papers. After so longs she felt happy that she was finally doing the right thing. She had been lieing to herself and telling herself that she as right but for now she knew that he was wrong. 

Sanskar watched as Ragini walked away. Ragini I must admit that you are so different to Swara yet you are so similar. Everything you have done bad or good yet still you have loved your sister. You did this all to get your love. And I know that it has been painful but I'm glad that you got your love. And I'm also glad that I have you with me to help me find my love. 

Swara even your sister is willing to put aside her insecurities to get us together then why are you being so arrogant. You already know how much I love you and that I will do anything for you yet you want to sacrifice it all for someone that you don't even know. I'm telling you that I have moved on yet you are being so stubborn and making me choose her over you.

Sanskar I know you think that I'm being arrogant and that I'm stubborn about this all. But you are rushing your decision. We have spent so much time together and even if you think that you are over Kavita and love me, I want you to be sure. I love you so much and it pains me to let you go but I also don't want to see you hurt. Please forgive me and as hard as it may be I want you to at least try and work it out with her. Always know that I'll always love you.
