Chapter Thirty-Two

* D a r c y *

My cousins and I woke up bright and early to do some chores around the house. A little something my mother always been, a clean and tidy person.

While me and Ana swept outside my porch we talked about how my life has been. Nothing interesting other than Harry and Jason interfering into my once clear path.

"Is that him?" Ana suddenly whispers in my ear.

"Yes." I answer once I spot his new quiff like style. "Doesn't he look like angel?"

"Wait what?" Ana stopped and pulled me close to her. "If that boy looked like angel?"

My cheeks flush, "I've dreamt of him as an angel, it was so random."

"Oh shit." She says. "You like him."

"False." I laugh. "He is bad they say."

"They say." She quotes. "C'mon on who knows how he is Darce. Figure him out."

"Uff-" I puff. "I've tried and so far he is slowly opening. He doesn't talking really."

"He is a bad yet doesn't talk? That makes no absolute sense, but okay."

Harry walked down to his car in his PJ's, same ones like that day when I accidentally missed school.

For quite a moment, my eyes don't escape him but, examined his every move. He opened his front hood from his car to review the closed it after. Then his green eyes caught my attention, I shy away by looking away. My head turns slightly once again and he was already walking away.

"Hey!" I made sure I don't slip his actual name since my cousins is near and perhaps earn myself a scream because of it.

Harry stops, and suddenly my vision caught his side view, looking at his hands turn into a fist. He doesn't turn but turn his face slightly and continues to walk.

"That wasn't weird at all." Ana leans her arm on my shoulder while watch Harry walk to his house and disappeared moments after.

I turn to Ana and give her a smile, "He is bi polar, not so friendly, and so called dangerous." I wiggle my hands with a laugh, Ana gives me a weird look then laughs at my funny gesture.

"I find him weird but very attractive." She states and runs inside.

Later that cold morning, we spent it inside all together, until my cousins insisted to buy a Thanksgiving outfit which I had no reason why since I am only spending it at my house.

"Where to?" I turn to all of them inside my little car. "Oak Center Mall?" I suggest and they nod quickly.

We head down to the mall, search for what they wanted to wear for tonight. They kept insisting for me to wear a short dress but I usually wear the ones for church and they're long. Ana picked a tight skin dress which made me cringe by how revealing it was.

"No." I walk away and skim through all inappropriate dresses.

Then I saw a pretty dress in a display of a manikin, it was blue; it was long sleeved, v-neck, and it flowed all the way to the bottom. For others perhaps would of been the most hideous thing but, for me it was beauty.

A co-worker from the shop came passed me and I debated where to get that dress. I closed my eyes and shouted, "Excuse me!"

I turned and caught her attention. The lady threw me a big smile and walk towards me, "Hi! How can I help you today? Are you aware with are deals over in this section?"
