Chapter Seventy-One

Watching my fingertips slide through the colorful clothes, smiling like an idiot at everything at everyone. People showed courtesy but some looked at me if I was some sort of creeper trying to get at them. Happiness was only inside me, and then I saw a familiar tall figure with a quiff higher than ever walking with customer perhaps helping them where to go find what they need. Harry was the reason behind my happiness.
"Hey!" I jumped when someone tapped me. "Whoa, I'm not going to hurt you."
"Jabby, How are you?" I smile widely.
"You look happy." She exclaims. "What's the smile for? A boy?"
"Yes." I bite my lips, turn my head, looking for Harry but he wasn't near like a few seconds ago. "You can't believe who it is."
"That Co-Worker." She sighed. "How?"
"I think it's safe to say that is name is-" A pair of hands cover my mouth from behind. To be honest, I was scared at the moment but when I twisted to catch the person, it was only Harry with a big cheek-to-cheek smile.
"So you ARE together."
"Why do you say it like that?" Harry, as usual, rudely says; shocking her by his words - in British too.
"No, um, you see, it's 'cause-" You can completely tell Jabby still fancied Harry. It bothered me too, but I calmed myself by taking a deep breath.
"I remember, you told me-" I began, "that there are nosy people here."
"There still is." Harry says, turns to me with a big smile. "Hi, Mary." It made me feel really happy he acknowledged me.
"Well, I'm happy for you guys." Says Jabby, rushing to leave out from our sight. I look at Harry, then back to Jabby, quickly back to Harry, signaling him to wait. I run towards her, taking her from surprise and gave her a nice warm look.
"Jabby. I knew you liked him." My hand reaches to her shoulder. "We all have to understand, sometimes they are not the right guy, and that they're not attracted to you. The best and hard thing to do is let to it drift. It's hard, but everyone has gone through it. If you knew Harry's past, you'd see why he likes me more than he should." (She nodded.) "So, please don't be upset, please."
"You were assaulted by Jason." She closes her eyes. "I knew what he wanted to do but I couldn't do anything, he touched you an-" I got all of my courage and strength and said, "Don't worry about it, I'm fine. He's gone. But your friend isn't very friendly."
"I'm sorry Darcy." Jabby hugged me, smelling her vanilla scent crash into my body. "I really am sorry."
"Don't be afraid to speak up." I tell her with kindness. "You can save people, and you could of saved me like Harry did to me. See why I like him so suddenly." With that I left to Harry was gone from where I told him to wait.
I check my phone, seeing no message from him either. I stop to look around again, "Boo!" I scream slightly loud, Harry clearly, clamping my mouth once again. "I should do that often." He teases. "What did she say?"
Taking his hands away, "I told her that she shouldn't be sad over a boy." I spoke. "And the it's not worth it you know? Every girls will find her man who will treat her right, grab her, hold her, and love her. He will give her security and she will grant him passion, what he needs and what he wants. Not in a way of sexual encounter but of how love suppose to be."
Harry opened his eyes and looked shocked. "Mary, do you really believe in all of that?"
"Cliché?" I shyly blush.
