Chapter Fifty-Nine

* H a r r y *

She was too sweet for what she will experience if not today, but something to enter her and break her into pain. He always loved seeing that, how could he not feel the sorrow.

Who knows what have happen to the other girls he's fucked. For all I know, they must be still traumatized for what Jason did. Damn him, and poor Mary.

Mary looked so brave to walk into those expensive-looking double door from the entrance of his house in just a couple of minutes. If only there was a way where I can help her, make her feel like I am there. If I set foot in that door, his detector will notice me. He prohibited me from entering his home.

What could have I done? What can I do now? Nothing.

"You should really get going." Mary worries, rubbing her small hands close to her chest with this bitter cold.

"I really don't want to go." I admit. "Not with you and him."

"I want you with me." She says which flutters my heart. This only made me want to stay with her more. "This is something I have to do to get my freedom again. Though I am frightened."

"I scared for what he will do for you too, to be honest." My hand touch the side of her cheek. "Like I have said, take back your tears and be brave."

"I will." She says confidently and very strongly. "I have my phone ready to go, locked on record so I can it can be ready to go."

"Okay." I rub my thumb on her pale cheek. "Okay, I will be leaving first. Call me for what ever, and I mean WHATEVER reason, Darce."

She tilted her head in confusion, and lightly hit my shoulder. "It's Mary."

"Darcy is a beautiful name." I tell her. "But Mary it will be."

She lightly grins and turns to face the entrance of Sears, looking very hard if HE was in sight. When Mary turns back, he wraps her arms around me as I wrap my arms on her mid-waist. We swayed lightly and my hand played with the back of her hair. It was like a hug that last it a lifetime that instantly faded of once she parted her quick hug.

"Go." She whispers. "Go, quickly."

Sighing, I motioned my body towards my car and left moments later. It bothered me that I let this happen to innocent Mary.

When I entered my house, I saw my mother with a man I never met in my life, baby cousin I haven't seen since she was months old, two of my male cousins, three girls cousins around Mary's age, and of course, my aunts and uncles. If they plan on staying 'till New Years, it would be cool. Since, I am going to Cambridge either way.

Cue back to my mother with a man I never met in my life, who is he? A man my mum was seeing behind my back? Or perhaps is he a childhood friend?

"Harry!" My girl cousin, Pip, chirped and went for a gigantic hug. "How is America?"

"Dark." I respond, making her laugh awkwardly.

"Dark? The days seem to shorten during winter. But don't everywhere?" She states.

"It's very different here and my life is hectic." I shuffle my hair.

"Harry, Baby." My mother kisses my cheek. "Don't be rude."

I greet everyone in the room, leaving the man that is with my mother lastly. "Robin." He says.

"Harry." I shake his hand.

"Nice to finally meet you." He smiled widely, but my eyes backfired at my mom.

"Finally?" I question with a grit.

"I wanted to tell you sooner but, meeting Robin here first would if been my appropriate. We have been talking for quite awhile ever since the last time we saw each other which a year ago?" She turns to Robin who confirmed her vague answer.

"So you had a boyfriend?" I asked.

My mum blushed and agreed. I would get mad or tried to argue why she didn't tell me sooner but, it wouldn't be right to do that to at the moment. So, I accepted it with a big smile by greeting him in once again.

After talking to some of my cousins about the UK and education, my head was slightly distracted by what Mary is doing right now. It made my guy cousins question my sudden trail off to space when I spoke in a sentence.

Until I felt like I couldn't take it anymore. I finally stood up, and actually had an effort to head down at Jason to see if everything was okay. More like if Mary was fine, and if the plan worked.

When I arrived, I saw Jason's car out front, but what threw me of guard was the amount of cars that were there. Slowly I began to panic because I never thought he would invite people to things like this. Though I see it is a party he throwing, and cars kept coming along inside Jason's mansion.

Then moments later, I was outside of Jason's house with people drinking outside or couples kissed against the walls. I ignore everyone and just walk inside with people everywhere!

The further I went inside, and went to the living room, I saw Mary uncomfortably sitting next to Jason while he smoked something, and in my guess weed. Oh, he'd make the girls do drugs as well.

Mary sat there so desperately wanting to leave as he puffed the smoke at her face, and he laughed. This was only perfect.
I recorded Jason with this, proof of drugs and everything. Not only was this too easy, but I just couldn't wait to make Mary be free in her life once again.

This is the shortest chapter in the world. I hate it too but I have been soooo busy!! But hey? Harry got proof! Honestly, I just wanted Darcy to be free.
