Chalter 42

It has been a couple of days since the wedding and today me and Taylor where telling our parents that I was pregnant. I was dreading it since we didn't know how they would take it.

I sat in the car as Taylor drive to his dads. I looked out the window most of the ride not saying a word.

" That's us here " Taylor said.

I got out the car and followed him up the path to the front door. Taylor knocked on the door and a couple minuets later his dad opened it and let us in. me and Taylor sat down on the couch and peter sat across from us

" So what brings use two here " he said to us. I looked at Taylor and gave him you-tell-him look

" Well, hayley is " he paused and looked at me " pregnant " he said.

" She's what " Peter asked shocked

" She's pregnant " Taylor said again

" you know this is going to wreck both your careers " peter said. I looked at Taylor who was looking confused

" No it's not " Taylor said.

" Yes it is son your going to have to quit performing. Who's going to look after the Baby when your out on stage ?" he asked

Me and Taylor looked at each other. peter was right. who was going to look after the baby when we are in Another country or when we where on stage, I suppose the crew could

" Our crew could look after the baby " I finally spoke

" so your going to let strangers look after your baby real mature " peter replied

" They aren't strangers they have all worked with us for 10 years there like family " I said raising my voice a little

" What about when you go on tour for most of the year. you can't take a baby with you. you can't even take a kid on tour with use because of school. like I said as soon as hayley hits 4 or 5 months pregnant she won't be able to stand on stage for long or jump about. sorry to have to tell use this but this babies going to end your careers " peter said

" Dad we are having this baby and we are still going to be in paramore that's not changing " Taylor said. I could tell that he was annoyed and I couldn't blame him.

" Sorry son but your going or have to pick either paramore or the baby " peter said. I noticed what he was hinting at. he was basically saying if I wanted to be in paramore then I basically had to have a abortion.

" I am not having a abortion. I don't want to give paramore up either it's my life. I've worked so hard in that band and I'm not about to give all that up " I said angrily

" Hayley even your mom and dad will agree with me. use cannot have a baby and be in a band especially when use go on tour a lot. sorry kids but if your having this baby you won't be able to be in paramore anymore. " peter said

I finally understood what he was saying. I couldn't perform when I'm 4 months pregnant I wouldn't have the energy and I would be to big. even when we had the baby I would have to be there for it 24/7 the fact was that if I wanted to have this baby then I had to give paramore up......
