The girl tensed up as he approached her, staring right at him with wide eyes. Just at the sight of his menacing eyes, fear gripped her heart.
The boy let out a light chuckle at her fearful expression, and lifted a knife to her face. "Missed me?"
Her immediate instinct was to recoil, but the ropes restraining her didn't allow it. She was forced to stay still as he lightly traced the knife over her jawline, not hard enough to break skin, but just to make her nervous. And oh did it make her nervous.
"I wish you would just listen to me." The boy sighed, "it'd make things so much easier. You could be free of these ropes, and I wouldn't have a reason to hurt you." He pressed the knife into her skin, just below her eye. She let out a small gasp, wincing at the pain as he slowly left a long cut towards her ear. "But you'd rather be trapped here forever, right?"
"I-I..." The girl softly spoke up, swallowing anxiously. "I'll do it... p-please, stop...."
The boy stepped back, lowering the knife. He smiled, wiping away some of the girl's blood with his thumb. She shuddered at his touch. "Good. Took you long enough."
The girl let out a shaky breath. She knew she would grow to regret this.
