Nicki's POV
I woke up to a bright, happy day. I couldn't even think about my life ending with this. It was beautiful.
I turned over to look at Rocky. He was already awake.
"Good Morning, Beautiful." He smiled.
"Good Morning, Lynch."
"How's Riley?"
"She's actually kicking right now, wanna feel?"
"Absolutely."
I took his hand and pressed it gently against my stomach. We both smiled, looking down at my now visible baby bump. He looked into my eyes and smiled. We kissed softly, but for two hours. It wasn't rushed, but romantic. Those two hours of just kissing in our pajamas, would be one of the moments that I would remember for the rest of my life. I knew for sure that I'd love him forever.
Till death do us part.
I forced the thought out of my mind and looked back up at Rocky.
"Can we turn off our phones and stay in bed all day?" I asked.
"I've been waiting for you to ask that since the day we got married."
"Great. We can leave the iPad on and take selfies. I'll turn iMessage off so that no one will text us."
"Okay. Can I call Mom first? I don't want people to get worried and have her worked up."
"Yes! Please do!"
I watched him closely as he talked with Stormie, admiring the way he spoke so gently to her. The same way he had talked to me this morning. It was the tone of voice, his gentleness towards the women he loved the most in life.
When we hung up he turned to me and smiled.
"Don't think that I didn't notice you looking at me like I'm a Thanksgiving turkey." He smirked.
"Oh shut up and get over yourself Lynch. I was admiring the way you were talking to your Mommy."
"Cute, huh?" He smirked.
I giggled as I shoved him. He bounced right back and landed a sweet kiss on my lips.
Can we just stay like this forever?
I snuggled into him. He liked to cuddle. That was his favorite thing to do with me. I leaned into him. Ready for a long day with the best husband a girl could ask for.
Rocky's POV
She had her eyes closed and she was wrapped in my arms. I had a strand of her brown hair in between two of my fingers and I was looking at it. Her hair shined. Even more now because of the tinsel Rydel had stranded in her hair.
She shot up suddenly with a gleam in her eye.
"Let's have a pillow fight!" She demanded.
"Okay!" I chuckled.
Moments later, I was being beat by Nicki with an R5 pillow. I was beating her with a pillow that Riker and Maddie had made for us as out wedding gift. It was an engagement picture of us and the date of our wedding printed on it.
She was giggling out of control. Her cute little country laugh made me laugh too. She was definitely an original. She didn't have to pretend. She was beautiful in her own way, and no one hated her. Not even the thousands of many R5 fans who were Rocky girls. They loved Nicki too.
After our pillow fight was over, she was ready for selfies. We giggled out of control as we took crazy pictures, but then things got more serious. She downloaded a camera with a timer and we took romantic pictures, ones that I would keep for the rest of my life. They gave a hint inside our daily lives and who we really were. Us holding each other in our pajamas, looking lovingly into each other's eyes.
We spent the rest of the day playing tag in the living room, hide and seek in the entire house, and taking more sweet pictures.
When the day was finally over, we snuggled back into bed, my fingers intertwined with hers. I brushed her hair to the side and kissed her good night before settling in the most peaceful sleep I had ever had.
I'll love her with all my heart forever. There is no other love that compares to this one.
