Dear Eli,
It seems funny to be writing to you, considering you just walked out the door. I just noticed the scar on the back of your neck, that I wonder how you got. How is it you get to know and love someone, yet there is so many things you haven't learned yet? When I met you, not so long ago, it seemed like the whole world revolved around us. And I'm glad I took that plunge, to be able to fall in love. It seems like so much has been squeezed into a few months. I'm sorry I'm making you read this, because if you're reading this then... I'm gone. I don't want to cause you more pain. There are two reasons I wrote this. I don't want you to be held back by me, I want you to move on, and really live. And, I simply love you. You know it, I know it. Easy peasy, vanilla ice cream, plain white sheets. Simple. Except for all this other stuff. You came into my life exactly when I needed you to, that's why I fell for you so easily. And I think you needed me too. Too good to be true? Maybe, but I wouldn't call it a lie. Alright, enough of this drama, it'll turn out okay in the end. You'll move on, meet new people. You'll reconcile with your dad, and do what you want to do.Much love, Emma.
