Three days later
Got7's filming for 'Trip to Jeju' had ended. I stayed at home of course.
That morning, Mark asked me out to eat. I excitedly changed my clothing and waited for him to pick me up.
It did not take me long to wait before he arrived in front of the hanok.
"Morning, Kiera," Mark greeted with a wide smile on his face.
I squinted my eyes at him, "Morning. Why are you so cheerful today?"
"I'll tell you later," Mark said. "Where are your grandparents?"
"They're still asleep."
"Oh, okay hurry. There's someone I want to introduce you to," Mark said in a delighted tone.
--
In The Car"Who are we meeting? Just tell me already," I nagged.
"Can't you be patient? We're going to meet her soon," Mark replied.
"Sheesh. Fine," I said and turned to look outside the window.
"Anyway, when will you be going back to school?" Mark asked.
"Why do you care?" I mumbled but it came out a little bit harsher than it meant to.
"Wow, are you that mad at me?" Mark glanced at me with his slight shocked expression.
"Nope. Not at all," I answered sarcastically. "By the way, you said you'll tell me what's making you cheerful today? Don't tell me that its because you get to mock me today now that you have a lot of time to waste since you guys have ended your Trip to Jeju show," I squinted my eyes in suspicion.
He chuckled and for a second, just for a second, I melted as it was a sweet laugh of his. "It's not like that. I'm just happy that I'm meeting someone today," he said while smiling widely from ear to ear.
"I wonder what's so important about her," I rolled me eyes instinctively.
--
After waiting for fifteen minutes for the person that we were going to meet to arrive, I turned to Mark who was busy texting on his phone."When is she going to be here? Who is she? Do I know her?" I asked impatiently.
"She'll be here in a minute. I'm not sure if you know her but she's the girl that we met at the ice cream restaurant. Do you remember?"
"Let me think," I said. Wait, that girl?! "You mean the girl that had brown hair? She was wearing a floral dress with flats and a simple but fashinable sun hat. Her visual was quite stunning as well. That girl?"I asked for certainty.
"I didn't know that your memory was that good. Anyway, I don't remember what she was wearing that time but yeah she has brown hair," Mark nodded in agreement.
I'm upset. I want to go home.
"Is she nice?" I asked just to keep myself away from my jealoused heart.
"Very. She's nicer than you even," Mark said while raising an eyebrow.
A sudden thought came into my mind. I had came up with a plan on how to get out of the restaurant. I used both of my hands to hold my stomach as if i had a stomachache. This is where my ugly acting begins. "Mark, my stomach hurts I think I might have indigestion."
"Don't lie to me. How can you have indigestion when we haven't even started eating?" he responded. Though, he is right. I should have thought about it deeper.
I gave him a poker face. I then turned to my left, away from him. I then took out my phone and place it on my ears.
"Oh, grandmother. Really? Okay, I'll go there now," I said as if I was really having a call with Grandma. "I have to go Mark," I said, already standing up from my seat.
"Wait, what's the matter?" Mark asked with his worried expression. He pulled on my left arm.
I looked at him in the eye. I'm sorry for lying, Mark.
Right at that time, a women approached our table. I glanced once at her.
"I'll call you later. Gotta go." I then rushed outside.

"Is everything alright with her grandparents?" I whispered quitely to myself while my eyes wandered on the floor. I was worried if there was anything wrong.
"Hey, who was that?" Nam Hyun Soo asked. Only then did I realise that she was there.
"Oh, welcome Miss Nam Hyun Soo. She's a friend of mine," I explained.
"Why isn't she joining us?"
"I think she has to settle something."
"Is she from LA?" Nam Hyun Soo asked, tilting her head a bit to her right.
"Yeah, but she's half Korean," I added.
"Ah, I see. Have you ordered anything?"
"Yeah, I ordered for you as well."
"How did you know what I wanted to eat?"
"You always order the same food," I answered, smiling.
"Oh, that's right," she chuckled.

I instantly jumped on my bed as I arrived home."Just what on Earth is that woman's relationship with Mark? How can he just bring me to meet her? Wait, is she the person that Mark has been talking about? The person that makes him happy because he's meeting her? Wait, what do I have to do with his love life? Right, he has his own life. He can love anyone he loves. He can be with anyone he wants to be with. Wait, no. That's totally wrong as well. He's not supposed to date anyone or it'll mean that he's in a scandal which will upset the fans," I blabbered.
Right then, there was a sudden loud knock on the door to my room. It was Grandma.
"What is wrong with you? Don't you have anything better to do than blabbering random stuff? Go and do the laundry," Grandma said.
"Alright, Grandma," I replied while pouting my lips.
