Jack's pov.

I was on my way home. I drove by taxi and we were driving around the park. "This would be a great place for a date", I thought. My mind was all about (y/n). I couldn't wait 'til I could call her again. She was so sweet and beautiful. But I remembered the emptiness in her eyes. What was it that made her look so sad? I looked out of the window when I suddenly saw a crowd of people kicking something. Then I saw something lying on the floor. "Please stop", I said to the taxi driver and gave him his money. I had a bad feeling. Someone might be in danger. "Thank you", I said and jumped out of the car.

"Stop!", I screamed while running to them. I saw a person on the floor. As I came closer I recognized that it was (y/n). She didn't move. Was she unconscious? I ran faster.

As I reached them I pushed them away from her. (y/n) came to her again. "Jack?", she mumbled, "they have my diary." "Give it to me!", I shouted at them. One of them gave it to me. "Now get lost!" They laughed but slowly recognized that I was about to freak out. So they went away.

I kneed down to help (y/n). "Can you get up?", I asked carefully. Now I know why she looked so sad and empty. "I think so", she said in pain. "Let us sit down on the bench over there", I said and helped her getting up.

"So this is why you looked so sad. You are bullied in school", I asked carefully. (y/n) struggled not to cry. "It's okay. Just let it all out", I said and hugged her.

(y/n) pov.

Jack hugged me. I was kinda recoil because nobody hugged me in the last two years. Since I have moved to Ireland and had to change school things have turned really bad. Nobody liked me. I couldn't hold the tears anymore. I let them all out.

I cried for about 20 minutes. Jack knew that he couldn't do much. He just tried to calm me down. "Everything will be okay", he said. "I'll take you home. You need some rest." "Thank you, but I don't want to steal your time." "You don't steal my time. It would be a pleasure to take you home. I want be sure that you're safe."
