Chapter 16

Dahyun's P.O.V:

It was finally the day of the wedding and I was feeling really nervous. I wanted to cry out of happiness, but then I wanted to scream out of excitement. There was a knock on my door, I slowly walked over and unlocked the door to reveal my mother with some other girls. I furrow my eyebrows at the sudden faces.

"Dahyun, these girls are going to be your stylists." My eyebrows jumped at the sudden remark.

"S-stylists?" I questioned.

"Yes stylists. These lovely people are going to make you the most beautiful blushing bride tonight." My mother smiled. I gestured everyone to come inside and head straight to my bedroom.

I sat in front of my mirror and the women spread out inside the room placing makeup kits, hairbrushes and other makeup equipment. One of the ladies first started off with my hair. She brushed my hair gently, and then she placed her fingers skilfully through my hair and tied pieces of hair one across the other, she started to create curls on some parts of my hair making sure to leave a few out. She put the rest of my hair into a somewhat messy but neat bun. For the final touch she placed a small silver tiara on my head to keep my hairstyle in place.

Another woman took over and got the brushes ready to apply some eye makeup. She slowly leaned closer to my face and with steady hands she applied some black eyeliner across my eyelids.

She then took a hold of a new brush and dabbed it onto the eyeshadow palette and added the colour across my eyes, she made sure to add even coats to the other side.
